I feel like there must be a fantastic way to abuse this card in modern. There must be some CA engine that involves playing a lot of lands or something similar.
Hedron Crab seems to be one of the more offensive choices you could run at low cost. Fits your colors, too. on the other hand, there was an amulet of vigor combo running around for a while. Is it possible that this could likewise fit into such a deck?
Oracle of Mul Daya lets you play extras. Not really sure if there are enough ways to abuse the landfall triggers though.

Out of the blackness and stench of the engulfing swamp emerged a shimmering figure. Only the splattered armor and ichor-stained sword hinted at the unfathomable evil the knight had just laid waste.
blue green land fall might work decently with it. some combination of rampaging baloths and hedron crap then clone effects to increase the amount of landfall triggers per turn. plus its blue so there is some elements of control to back it all up as well.

Azusa, Lost but Seeking...
Lotus Cobra...
There must be a way to put it all together.
Any Ideas?
Credit to DolZero for this awesome sig!
Other neat combos:
I personally like the interaction with the Vinelasher Kudzu and also with the Hedron Crab. I've made a deck that's similar and it does really well.

Is something with Rewind or more tricky than that, or is it a combo that got removed by a cut without the land getting pulled as well?
At a glance, it helps ensure River of Tears produces the color you need.
Practice for Khans of Tarkir Limited:
Draft: (#1) (#2) (#3) (#4) (#5)
At worst it's an island and at best it can resist land destruction. Also yeah in a pinch it can change the color of river of tears.
