I had originally built Zur a long time ago. My combo deck is having a hard time beating an aggro control Edric deck right now. What better to beat a weak deck than with a deck that tutors silver bullets?
I unfortunately know the deck will be facing both multiplayer and duel situations, I will firstly state that in multiplayer, the counterspells will stay in, the deck will only try to protect itself and will not use counterspells on every spell played, only on the spells that effect the deck. This is the clear difference between just throwing in counterspells and using them correctly in multiplayer situations. Which is what makes this deckbuilding hard.

If you are wondering what's with all the insane fast mana acceleration, I would like to get turn 2 Zur's whenever possible. Especially against my friends deck who will be tapping out turn 2 sometimes turn 3 to throw down small dudes or to get Edric out, and I will blast him out of the water if I get a Turn one Erayo flip or a Turn one Zur, both of which are possible, but I wont say they will be likely. But feel free to comment, it's been a while since I made Zur and I suppose this will be fun!

If you swap 1 each of the basic lands for a snow version, I'd definitely include Tainted Pact as it's an amazing tutor.
Baneslayer/Divinity/Humility seem like random includes. I'd swap at least one of them for Serra Ascendant as it lowers your curve. Drop another for Snapcaster Mage.
Fellwar Stone and ColdSteel Heart SOLELY are based on your meta, if your meta is filled with Esper yea it's good, if your meta is filled with Red Black and Green like mine is *The only one playing blue is the guy I'm directly trying to beat.
Yea I wanted to find room with Oblivion Ring, I could cut the Baneslayer Angel, I really want to play with Divinity which is why I'm trying hard to keep it in.
I totally forgot about Greater Auramancy.
Never knew Tainted Pact even existed, it's like a different Lim-Duls Vault which is sweet.
Humility is amazing, and kills so many decks that are based around a general that has an awesome ability. Though I'll porbably cut Baneslayer Angel for Serra Ascendant and find room for Snapcaster Mage
Delay is going to be hitting Counterspells, and Memory Lapse is good, Powersink is fine, Condescend is fine, Mental Misstep is boarderline useless in this format, I suppose I can hit peoples Mystical Tutors? Not a huge fan of Perplex, and complicate seems worse.
No you cannot search for flipped Erayo.
Like I explained counterspells for multiplayer are about things that directly effect me, I'm going to hold that counterspell for a damnation if it will ruin me, though Vanishing should probably be in there.

Once you get vanishing on Zur, you're immune to everything. Your opponent HAS to have krosan grip exactly to beat vanishing + diplomatic immunity.
I'd cut some of the random do-nothings like Baneslayer Angel in favor of things like Vanishing.
No strip mine also seems like an odd choice, but I can understand it in a deck that really wants WUB on turn 4 at the latest.
You'll want to pack some fetchable removal enchantments: Oblivion Ring, Journey to Nowhere, the seals.
Greater Auramancy does some strong work as an alternative/supplement to Diplomatic Immunity.

Delay is a bad Memory Lapse. Easy swap. Also, Power Sink is pretty much a bad Condescend these days and I wouldn't run either. Miscalculation, Mental Misstep, Perplex, or even Complicate would be better.
