Wasn't really sure what to call this deck, because it's just a deck I use to sit down and have some laughs; I even put a clown head sticker over the face of my Ice Age Counterspell, making it a Clownterspell! Anyways, the deck is a b/u control variant, light on the control cards, heavy on the bouncing and playing cards from the graveyard/opponents hands, with tons of fun from the General and Snapcaster Mage. Any and all input is appreciated, and I can't find a Bribery to save my soul.
Actually never had patience for extra turns, so I personally tend to stay away from those. Though I do like Call to Mind and Mirari, as well as the finisher. Suggestions for what to take out?

The T. Pact is usually used late game, and I almost always take the card after the first basic, unless I'm digging for an answer en response, and I really like the versatility. Any other suggestions?

Ok i can understand if you wanna keep pact in but at least throw some snow-covered basics in there to let you dig farther with it. How about cutting Royal Asassin or Cavern Harpy for the Call to Mind?
I'm guessing you don't have many red players in your meta? Even if there is only one I would say you need some sac outlets to stop your general from taking damage and losing you the game. High Market, and Phyrexian Tower are both great options since you can just trade out a couple of lands for them. Also I would definitely recommend grabbing a copy of Increasing Ambition since your general makes it better... Although the cmc is still a little high.
