I'm still confused about this, so tell me if these statement below are correct:
- So if Opalescence is in play before Humility, then humility becomes a 1/1 creature with no ability, hence the next creature played will not be affected anymore by humility.
- if Humility is in play before Opalescence, Humility becomes a 4/4 creature, with no ability also?

It is true that Humility becomes a 1/1 creature without any abilities. However, creatures that enter the battlefield later will still be affected by Humility's ability. Continuous effects are applied in layer order to all permanents simultaneously. In order to figure out what happens to the newly played creature, you have to recalculate all permanents by going through the layers from the top. This means that you start with the printed values of all permanents, which includes Humility's printed ability. In layer 6, Humility removes its own ability at the same time as it removes the abilities from all other creatures, and therefore no creatures have any abilities.
- if Humility is in play before Opalescence, Humility becomes a 4/4 creature, with no ability also?
Correct. In layer 7b, Opalescence makes Humility a 4/4 after Humility made itself a 1/1.

So, in my second case, after the humility is made 4/4, the next creature played will still be a 1/1 vanilla right?
Correct, for the same reasons as for the first case.
