I'm just wondering if you are playing black and you think that twin decks are going to be prominent in your area if Sudden Death may be some super secret tech.
Twin is already pretty easy to disrupt. I'm not sure a -4/-4 that won't kill Tarmogoyf's and KOTR's in other matchups is worth a slight edge to the combo matchup.
If you have excess space in your sideboard why not. It is a card that has been kicked around for a while just for that purpose.

I play two in the board for Twin. You don't board it in for Goyf. If you only have a few slots for the matchup (and are worried about it), it's a fine card to use.
It's a good card but pretty much only has applications for Twin. I can't think of another deck that I would want a 3 mana -4/-4 uncounterable kill spell for.
It can be used semi-effectively against Knight of the Reliquary in the early game because there is less chance of them having three or more lands in their graveyard in the early stages of the game, and they can not pump their Knight in response to it (which is also relevant if you intend to shrink a Knight down if it is blocking).
It is relatively narrow at this point in time, but Fish-style aggro starts becoming a big thing, it is an excellent answer to the creatures in that sort of strategy, albeit a more costly one.
Feel free to discuss.
