Interesting that they cropped one of the panels in the Jace vs. Chandra comic that's on the mothership for the art.
If it's real, it's cool to see Force of Will finally get the reprint that it deserves, but I wish it wasn't a judge promo. If you're going to solve the supply issues of Legacy, you need to print cards like Force of Will in things with high print runs, not as limited edition promos.
It looks like a window decal proxy. Notice how the shooting star watermark is printed in gray? On real foils, the watermark is made by making the textbox background transparent so that the foil shows through.

Hey all... I'm retired, not dead. Check out what I'm doing these days (and beg me to come back if you want):

Also, with the lightsource hitting his hand, that foil would wash out like mad.
Will it really affect the price of normal ones? Obviously the promotional version will probably cost substantially more, but cards like Mana Crypt, Sol Ring, Vampiric Tutor, Demonic Tutor and Dark Ritual have all been reprinted as Judge promos and haven't affected the price of the original versions much at all.
This is my point. If you want the card to be more accessible and therefore have the format be more acessable, this isn't going to do it. And since it is being printed as a promo this way, it probably won't be reprinted again (I know there is precedent against this, but a card like this I don't see it happening.)
Thanks to Spiderboy4 at High~Light Studios for the AMAZING signature.

I really hope it isn't. This is a promo reprint that won't to anything to help the price of the card on the secondary market...
As of Worlds 2011, the promos no longer have the "DCI" watermark (compare to the Worlds foils here).
(also, I'm told by a reputable source that this was created for a non-US country's equivalent of April Fool's)

But the word 'instant' looks slightly off centre
