EDIT (24/6/12)
Updated again! Massive changes this time, including some high powered additions like Craterhoof Behemoth, Natural Order, and Sylvan Library. I've also finished my manabase with all the relevant duals, streamlined my ramp cards, and added more cmc 4-5 creatures to smooth out my curve. The deck has never performed better.
My first love in Magic were big, fat, trampling creatures. SO when I went looking for a fun deck without black to compliment my other two EDH decks Stonebrow was at the front of my mind. I've got literally no experience playing red in EDH so it's been a learning experience for me.
Starting off, I like to examine my chosen commander and see what they tell me about the deck they want. Stonebrow is pretty straight-forward. He wants to play with Trample. He's also (effectively) a 6/6 with evasion for 5, so he can go voltron too. I decided to focus more on the phat-beats side of things, but there are ways to pump Stonebrow too.
Overall, the deck has been doing pretty good. Most players seem unprepared for aggo decks like this, so with a fast start you can eliminate at least one player before anyone has a solid defense.
More land upgrades as I can find the cards. Upgraded a couple tramplers. Vorapede is a better hard to kill dude than Silvos, and Panglacial Wurm has better utility than Vorinclex. Also upgraded my removal with a Chaos Warp and an Aftershock. Although I love Stomphowler and hate to cut it, it' the weakest removal in the deck. Survival is in for a trial period. I removed Brawn, but Anger is still a good target and even if I can't abuse the graveyard filling ability, Survival still turns any creature into any other creature for just G. Kiki-Jiki and Urabrask add more haste and haste is always good.
Thinking of adding a Comet Storm at some point. I didn't realize it was Instant which makes it considerably more appealing. I have been feeling somewhat removal starved, but we'll see if Warp and Aftershock make things a little easier to manage.
Removing the Forks. Fun, but not what the deck wants to play with. Seize is a one shot win with Stonebrow, Panglacial Wurm turns a late game ramp spell into a serious beater. I completely forgot Grove even existed. I'd like to add Silvos in there, to up my threat density slightly but not sure what to cut.
I haaaate lands that ETB tapped. Is the haste really worth it when I ply Fires, Anger, Sarkahn, and Das Boots already?
Yes. Yes it is. Very much so. Haste is THE single most important ability for your dudes in any kind of aggressive deck for this format. Also, though they also EBT tapped, Ghitu Encampment, Treetop Village, and Raging Ravine(reading is tech!) are amazing as well. I love when someone wraths, and I just animate a bunch of lands and swing anyway. Too much pressure on them.
One other haste enabler I didn't see in your list for you to consider, is In the Web of War. +2/+0 AND haste?! Sign me up.
I have two Stonebrows in my sig, one is 1v1 with the French rules in mind, and the other one is my casual stompy deck. Fell free to check them out for more ideas!

Oh myyyyy! I definitely need room for that.
How many mountains do I need to make Valakut worth it? If I add Ghitu Encampment and Hall of the Bandit Lord that would probably bring me down to 8 mountains (including duals). That's only 3 triggers... Probably best to drop the Molten Pinnacle and replace it with one of those two lands.
so i dont know if you knew this and were avoiding it, but stonebrow isnt a static pump lord, he does it every time a duder with trample attacks, which means if you have extra attack steps the pump happens again. it gets pretty dumb out of nowhere.

Yeah. It's why Savage Beating is so good. I've been thinking about more extra combat step cards. Hellkite Charger is something I'd like to test, even without Bear Umbra (which is not a bad card to put in either).

I wouldn't run Valakut unless I had Primeval Titan, and could get at least 7 triggers off of it. It's fairly easy to manipulate when you get triggers, just hold on five mana until you can search Valakut, then go hog wild on it. If you can't get that many triggers, then I'd say drop it as you won't get enough mileage from it.
Also, in addition to the Scavenging Ooze, you might consider Ground Seal; it cantrips, and costs two mana, and best part is it cuts off Sun Titans, and Animate Dead effects off at the pass.

I do run Prime Time, but I think you are right. I'd need to up my mountain count dramatically for it to be even remotely worth it.

Interesting. I think I like the Ooze better though, just because it is an aggressive critter in addition to being grave hate.
It seems like Primal Rage is a must have here, it turns on Stonebrow, Fervor, as well as In the Web of War might also be good as you suggest for the latter.
I also play Weiss Schwarz, Chaos, Vanguard and Wixoss.
Weiss Schwarz Sets
Accel World, Angel Beats, Familiar of Zero, Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet, Guilty Crown, Kill La Kill, Robotics;Notes, Sword Art Online.
Chaos Partners
Arpeggio of Blue Steel: Iona, Kirishima, Kongou.
Dangan Ronpa: Asahina, Togami.
Freezing: Vibration: Chiffon, Satelizer.
Vanguard Clans Favoured
Angel Feather, Dark Irregulars, Genesis, Neonecter, Pale Moon, Shadow Paladins, Tachikaze.
Valakut is not worth playing in your deck and is a CIPT land. Hall of the Bandit Lord is worth playing in your deck; even though, it is a CIPT land. The thing about having it in your deck in addition to the stuff you listed is because it's a land. So it's not like it takes up a slot in your decklist.
In the Web of War goes along with your deck much better than Ascetism. I would also cut Instigator Gang for Urabrask if possible. Cut Birds of Paradise for a card you want to try. BOP is too low impact, even in your opening hand.

I wouldn't suggest Primal Rage as there are not a lot of creatures that don't have trample already which you'd want to attack with, or give trample, save for Terastodon, Steel Hellkite, and Indrik Stomphowler. But it could have good synergy with Insurrection, so it's up to you.
Fervor is good, so is In the Web of War.

Primal Rage just doesn't do enough, really. Gruul War Plow and Brawn both provide mass trample already and they are both creatures, so I can at least turn them sideways if I don't need the trample.
More haste is always good. I think I'll try Urabrask (again, I can turn him sideways) and In the Web of War (that little extra utility) over Fervor for the same reason that I'm leaving Primal Rage out.
On Instigator Gang, I've cast him twice so far. Both times early game and both times he flipped and stayed flipped for a couple turns. He's impressed me so far, but I can see how volatile he is. He's staying for now, but I'm keeping a close eye on him.
I don't see a TON of card draw here, while a bit expensive you may consider Regal Force. With having well over 30 creatures in your deck I think he will often net you 3-5 cards and still get you a 5/5. Another option is Kozilek, Butcher of Truth for some card draw and big fatty. Playing out your hand and then top decking is never fun
I've been working on my own Stonebrow deck, and one card I plan to include to help with the card draw is Hunter's Insight. You can use it after blockers for maximum effect.
Harmonize and Sylvan Library should be in any green deck, especially an aggressive deck like this. Running out of gas is the worst thing that could happen to you. Sylvan Library also combos with Abundance to give you a virtual "free" draw3 with the minor setback of revealing what you draw. Which totally doesn't even matter BECAUSE YOU'RE DRAWING THREE CARDS A TURN!
Also of note, obviously Sword of Fire and Ice is spectacular for an aggro deck, and extra card and an extra shock is amazing, and Sword of Light and Shadow can keep the threats coming.
I am running Momentous Fall and Garrul, Primal Hunter (a better Soul's Magesty. I don't have a Library, which is why it isn't in the deck but I do have a lovely textless Harmonize that has been languishing in my binder. What would I replace with it? Preferably a non creature card.
CA is very important. Running out of gas is likely the worst thing that could happen to this deck.
+ Knollspine Dragon -Mwonvuli Acid-Moss (good in a 1 vs 1 tempo race, but eh)
+ Greater Good - Blasphemous Act (this hits your creatures too. Feels like a desperation card)
+ Yavimaya Elder - Seach for Tomorrow (Elder outclasses)
+ Sylvan Library - Banefire (burn is good, but see below)
A few other suggestions I might make:
+Bogardan Hellkite - EBT removal / direct damage on a stick
+Flameblast Dragon - Swingy removal / direct damage on a stick
+Sylvan Scrying - get the specialty land you need when you need it!
- Harrow: Only nets you 1 land. Great for landfall, but eh. Your not even running Baloths or Avenger
- Birds of Paradise: Fragile birds. With a 2 color deck, you should be fixed without dorks
- Wild Ricochet: Always a fun card, but doesn't compliment decks with a specific theme like yours. This is more of a fork toy.

I agree on a fair number of these points. A few exceptions though:
Birds of Paradise shouldn't be cut. It's not there to fix, it's there to accelerate. T1 Birds into T2 Fires of Yavimaya was an amazing play back with the Fires decks of Yore. That play is still good today.
I agree with cutting Harrow, it's weak, and you won't like it when some jerk Mana Leaks it on you. :\
Wild Ricochet and Reiterate are both cuts, I'd imagine. Rampaging Baloths are really amazing in here. They should be a mainstay of a Stonebrow deck based on Stompy principles like this one. 6/6 trample for 6, that makes a 4/4 when you play a land is awesome.
I think Gaea's Revenge would do great in here. Cut that legendary Cyclops dude. He really isn't as good as he seems. An option over Blasphemous Act is Starstorm as it is instant speed. I still like Blasphemous Act though. It's always good to have answers, not even Stonebrow will always be in the driver's seat.
I feel like Vorinclex is a waste for eight mana. It's easy for someone to tap one land and a mana rock and deal with him with minimal loss involved.
Though I cut Tooth and Nail a long time ago. Lead to the same boring game states and created too many "oops, I win" situations. Too cookie cutter I guess. Sure, I can T&N for Primus + Melira, Sylvok Outcast with a Greater Good in play, but yawn.
Speaking of that, Greater Good should definitely be in here.
Re: Harrow
I really like Harrow. Most players are unwilling to waste a counter on it, and since it is an instant I can play it whenever the blue mage is tapped out. It also effectively costs G to play, which has been /very/ handy.
Re: Gaea's Revenge
I'm kind of meh about this card. It's good, but it's low toughness and lack of trample makes it hard for me to include. If I have problems with Blue, I think I'd prefer to use Veshing Shusher or Spellbreaker Behemoth instead.
Re: Greater Good
I have never been able to understand the appeal of this card. I don't like it in Savra, I suspect I will like it even less here. I probably just need to find one and play with it...
Having both Triumph of the Hordes and Overwhelming Stampede adds redundancy, reliability, and consistancy to the deck. I'm keeping them both. TBH, Triumph is the better card in my experience, anyway.
I like having the forks, they tend to keep the blue players in check, but they don't contribute directly to the game plan so I'm testing without them for now. I suspect they will be in and out of the deck frequently depending on my mood.

I really like Harrow. Most players are unwilling to waste a counter on it, and since it is an instant I can play it whenever the blue mage is tapped out. It also effectively costs G to play, which has been /very/ handy.
Re: Rampaging Baloths
When I first built the deck, I added Primeval Titan, then Rampaging Baloths. Y'all need to read better
