This is my Ezuri decklist. I currently have all the cards in the list which is AMAZING considering how long it took me to get them. However, this list does have two notable exclusions that I can't afford at least for now. They are: Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary and Gaea's Cradle. Rofellos is possible I might get, but Gaea's Cradle not so much. The price gap is too huge. The list I am also pleased to say that it works remarkably well in my fairly competitive environment to the point where I ACTUALLY WON A GAME without it occurring as the result of my opponents killing each other. I did lots of killing :D! I should also mention that I did not run into many board wipes, but the ones I did were remedied by Ezuri's Regen.
In my opinion, what most needs improvement is my opening although I just now changed Tribal Forcemage for Devoted Druid. I also have one infinite mana combo with Sword of the Paruns. I could have also added Umbral Mantle, but I didn't want to capitalize on the combo and green can't really tutor artifacts so its just as well. Thanks for commenting!
Nice decklist. Definately a little more competitive than mine as I am a budget player and my meta isn't as competitive, however, here's some comments and suggestions for you to consider as I have had a great amount of experiance reviewing many Ezuri decklists:
How has Mosswort Bridge worked for you? I've overlooked it thinking that by the time I have enough power on the table to activate the ability, it should be game over anyways. Is this an include worthy card?
Oddly, I didn't find Oracle of Mul Daya to be that good in my build. Sure it grants free land drops, but most of your mana base is in your elves, so you don't get much by letting your opponents see your draws.
Praetor's Counsel was a failed experiment in my build. Definately a win-more card that can be cut, imo.
And speaking of haste, consider Thousand-Year Elixir and Instill Energy. Nothing worse than having a major mana producer die on you before you get the chance to use him.
Also, Argothian Elder is nuts. Definately should be included.
With the little creature removal available for green, I would strongly recommend adding Beast Within. I'm also considering Oblivion Stone for my deck because of all the mana elves can generate.
And since you never want to lose your elves if a boardwipe occurs, I recommend Wrap in Vigor, just in case you don't have enough mana up. It's come in handy several times for me already.
I've found Elvish Promenade to be a win-more card. I recommend cutting it. If you need some token elves, consider Glit-Leaf Ambush or Hunting Triad instead. Odds are you'll get more out of them when you need it.
Triumph of the Hordes can be an awesome finisher. It feels a little dirty when cast, but the feeling goes away...eventually.
Every elf deck should run Elvish Guidance. It's simply a must.
Hope this helps. If you would like further information as to where I get my inspiration, check out my decklist link in my sig.
Yay another Ezuri player I'll mention some cards Ive been using in my build that have been useful for me thus far that shouldnt stretch your budget much.
Helix Pinnacle has won a couple of games for me already when attacking other players is just not a viable option.
Elvish Skysweeper has been really useful for me in getting rid of big scary flying creatures that Id otherwise only have Eldrazi Monument to use to block them. Another good anti-flyer option is Storm Front.
Nissa Revane along with Nissa's Chosen have worked well for me thus far. While I have only gotten to Nissa's last ability once having a creature that can be sacced to Eldrazi Monument indefinitely is great and the massive life gain is nothing to scoff at either.
Viridian Corrupter has proven to be quite useful to me with very little other poison support in the deck. He has an immediate impact on the board and because of the numerous lords in the deck and Ezuri he gets into the 1-2 shot range pretty reliably. He also tends to deter non-flying creatures from attacking. I have Tel-Jilad Fallen in my deck as well but they have not been quite as impressive. On the same poison vein Triumph of the Hordes is a must for any green creature heavy deck.
Id also suggest Yavimaya Hollow as a way to protect Ezuri or to protect an important creature when Ezuri isnt there

Every rarity gets good cards. That means that some mythic rares will be tournament quality as will some commons, some uncommons and some rares. My promise wasn't that mythic rares wouldn't get good cards but that we wouldn't limit the good cards to only being mythic rare.
Bear this in mind the next time a powerful mythic rare is spoiled

Man, we should start an Ezuri club or something
ps. do you have your decklist posted somewhere? I'd love to take a look...
Anyways, I've tried Helix Pinnicle aswell, with very limited success. Even with infinite mana, you need to wait to the beginning of your next upkeep before winning.
I was very tempted to add Elvish Skysweeper when I put my deck together. If he was an archer, it would have sealed it for me...for vorthos reasons. But as is, that 5 mana ability is a tad expensive.
While I include Nissa Revane and Nissa's Chosen in my build, I do so out of vorthos reasons and I believe most players would not wish there inclusion as there are better cards to fill those slots.
Viridian Corrupter is a very interesting option. Will have to consider that for my build...
(sorry, kinda hijacked the thread, but I love to keep these going so I get lots of response)
Well crap! I just ordered cards for my Ezuri deck Saturday! Guess my research wasn't as thorough as I thought! I tried keeping mine on the cheaper side, but there is some nice suggestions for cheap here.
Now I haven't tested the current decklist a whole lot, and probably won't get a chance for a while, but here are my experiences.
Mosswort Bridge has not done very much. Mainly because I never got a chance to build up, but w/e. It might be replaced for Yavimaya Hollow as was suggested by mada7.
Chameleon Colossus by itself is a fantastic creature with protection from black which is very relevant. It is also one of those creatures that doesn't need much support to be effective. If I don't draw a whole lot of elves, it can smash through opponent's defenses for 8-16 mana.
Elvish Promenade was not very effective when I drew it, but it was funny. If I had drawn Hunting Triad instead, I would have probably hang on to it. I think it will be replaced as such.
The one game I drew Essence Warden it did not help very much. I drew it early, but I still got trampled by a 96/96 Hydra. It was bad. So I think I will give Elvish Skysweeper a try though I have to buy him. I'm scared about the lack of life gain in my deck, but we'll see. I'm surprised I don't have ALL the elves by now.
As for Nissa Revane, I would have to agree with GFireflyE it kinda sucks. A creature tutor is better to fill those slots.
I haven't drawn Praetor's Counsel yet either, but its likely I will change it for more removal (Beast Within) if it proves useless.
EDIT: Just noticed you Dlucks! Don't feel bad I just posted yesterday.
Due to playtesting, and Ezuri research I have identified several more weak cards.
1. Sylvan Messenger sucks Almost none of the decks on the commander decklist have and for good reason. Since my opening remains kinda weak Fyndhorn Elves shall replace it.
2. Hunting Triad and or other token makers also are kinda weak. 3 1/1 I believe will not do much so if I'm losing and only ramp victory is I'm winning. I will replace for the excellent Beast Within for extra removal.
3. Hurricane its not bad and does what I want it to do, but I believe the slightly more expensive Squall Line with instant speed shall be better overall.
4. Mosswort Bridge has proven ineffective and too slow. Shall be replaced for either Yavimaya Hollow or Strip Mine. For now it shall be Yavimaya Hollow, but its kinda pricey.
5. Seedborn Muse I'm not totally sold on. Sure it lets you play offense and defense at the same time so I'll put it on the watch list. Terastodon might be its replacement.
6. In other news, Praetor's Counsel has proven excellent. However, Creeping Renaissance is not that good. I think I will replace Storm Front because my game against flyers is somewhat weak (especially if they are indestructible or otherwise recur-able).

You probably don't need Timberwatch Elf in your build. Ezuri should take care of trampling needs. The same can be said for Chameleon Colossus and Immaculate Magistrate.
Oddly, I didn't find Oracle of Mul Daya to be that good in my build. Sure it grants free land drops, but most of your mana base is in your elves, so you don't get much by letting your opponents see your draws.

I think Umbral Mantle is better than Sword of the Paruns. I'd swap them if you only want to run one of them.
I recommend running Swiftfoot Boots and Obsidian Battleaxe in addition to your Lightning Greaves. Haste is awesome.
I see you're running Oran-Rief, the Vastwood and Cauldron of Souls. I must assume you are aware of their synergistic nature?
And since you never want to lose your elves if a boardwipe occurs, I recommend Wrap in Vigor, just in case you don't have enough mana up. It's come in handy several times for me already.

Now, Timberwatch Elf and Immaculate Magistrate are less defensible, but I haven't really drawn them yet, but follow the same principle. Immaculate Magistrate additionally is good with Joraga Warcaller if I am a little short on mana, but not manpower.
Elvish Promenade was not very effective when I drew it, but it was funny. If I had drawn Hunting Triad instead, I would have probably hang on to it. I think it will be replaced as such.
