So adding a nasty artifact in the form of Blightsteel Colossus as a secondary win condition, updated the counts for each card type as well

Adding in this little gem for more tutoring power: Transmute Artifact. Also down-ranking Whetwheel because I think there are better ways to combo out that don't involve totally useless cards.

Adding my previous suggestion to the list along with Clone -1 To Whetwheel as well, it's kinda lame to be honest, when we have so many other good options to kill our opponent's with.
