So I made something similar on MTGO from the free commons of the cardbots, not even intending to go Pauper/Peasant, and to my surprise it played pretty well. It won 4/5 games only losing once, having to concede to a turn 2 Emrakul, the Aeons Torn.
Anyways, I made this physically and like the look of it, however I think I need to change the mana curve and switch out a few spells for more creatures, but not too sure where to go with it.
The deck plays out quickly from the 1 drop elf or sliver then turn 2 attack with "free costing" pump up spells. Easily giving out 3-10 poison counters. I was thinking of making it U/G instead to utilize Blighted Agent. But that StP is nice for removal.
Virulent Sliver isn't any good for infect. He can't be pumped, so he doesn't combo out. Maybe replace him with Ichorclaw Myr. If you do that, you might want to fit some Lotus Petals in to try and get the turn 1 infector out quickly.
Also, I would cut a single Giant Growth for Might of Old Krosa as your last uncommon.
Id' favor dropping the white requirement completely, improving the creature base and using Berserk (if's Berserk is not allowed then maybe Bounty of the Hunt) as a base for your uncommons.
I can't see Infect needing to remove anything but Standard Bearer. You're wins are usually so quick that you can ignore whatever drops they make courtsey of Apostle's Blessing and Trample.
Also, for what it's worth, it appears that invigorate is a common ban in peasant communities.

Yeah I am hella dumb, I thought the sliver would work, bleh he is gone.
Definately will go mono green with this and get the Lout Petals.
Thanks!
You linked pauper rules. Peasant and pauper are two different formats with different ban lists. Peasant at the moment is entirely supported by the groups playing it.
You mentioned that you sleeved up a paper version of the deck. If you've got a local group interested in peasant then you should check out Peasant Magic Groningen. It will give you some insight into what a somewhat mature peasant magic metagame looks like.

Oh, didn't know that... I'll check more into it. New to pauper/peasant formats. Thanks

It's capable of turn 2 wins quite regularly.

Is it? I checked the ban list: http://www.wizards.com/Magic/TCG/Resources.aspx?x=magic/rules/Pauper
