Ancient tomb, crystal vein, maybe even city of traitors are good ramp cards. Mana crypt/vault, goblin welder and wurmcoil engine could be good inclusions for a bit more of an artifact theme as well. Thran dynamo, worn powerstone, coldsteel heart could provide extra ramp if you find it necessary.
In any monored deck two of the most important cards are magus of the moon and blood moon as they hose a large number of decks while barely hurting your deck.
And godo into batterskull is a pretty sick play, and with a lot of artifact mana batterskull becomes a hard to deal with creature as well.
Those are the first things that come to mind. In general the list looks pretty solid, although more land destruction is always good (especially if you play a large number of mana rocks).
Jaya is a personal favorite of mine because she's so versatile. Your list seems pretty solid. A couple thoughts/card suggestions:
-Skarrgan Firebird is an all-star with Jaya. It'll be coming back time after time, and it's as mighty as a dragon when you cast it. In fact, there are several phoenixes that work well with Jaya - Shard Phoenix and Firewing Phoenix are also worth a look.
-I've found that it's much more beneficial to run cards that can recur directly from grave to hand (Hammer of Bogardan is a good example). I'd eventually look to replace things like Beacon of Destruction with such cards. Remember - every card in your hand is a potential Inferno.
-If you find yourself wishing for more resilient pingers, try out Kumano, Master Yamabushi. He does dirty things with that Basilisk Collar, and the stuff he kills doesn't come back.
-Past in Flames. Delicious. Flashback means it's early fuel for Jaya, as well.
-It doesn't look like you're getting a lot of mileage out of cards like Galvanoth (only 21 out of 99 cards are castable with him, and even fewer are worth saving the mana), Cinder Pyromancer (the inability to hit creatures REALLY hurts), and Fiery Temper (too small of an effect - even replacing it with Lightning Bolt is a strict upgrade). If you're looking for things to cut out of the deck, I'd start there.
