Very rarely you have a creature tutor in a color other than green/black. However, Isperia the Inscrutable allows you tutor up flying creatures under certain conditions. I also try to make the deck very Spirit-centric and have lifegain become somewhat relevant and synergystic with a few cards.
Strategies: The goal is beatdown via flyers and relying on blue's sick ways of getting card advantage.
Life gain can be used for lasting longer against other non-general beatdown decks, making a creature larger via Cradle or drawing cards from either Well of Lost Dreams/Drogskol Reaver.

Magus of the Moat/Moat/Teferi's Moat - Pretty much means I need to win with flyers.
Beacon of Immortality - Doubling life sounds good and could be sick with [/CARD]Cradle of Vitality[/CARD].
Myojin of Cleansing Fire - Day of Judgment on a stick though paying 8CC seems a bit high on a 4/6 ground pounder.
Kiyomaro, First to Stand - Lacks evasion or card drawing Sturmgeist gets.
The Unspeakable - I would need to find some good Arcane cards to make this playable.
Sphinx of Magosi - Thought hard about adding this but UUU can be tough sometimes.
