And Then There Were None A murder mystery extravaganza hosted by Club Flamingo.
The rules are as follows:
Each player creates a restriction and a card that abides by it. The more dastardly the restriction, the better. These cards are sent directly to me. All submissions are final.
Submissions will be open for three days, upon the conclusion of which a public showing of your creations will be held and a vote will be cast. Make the cut, and your life will be momentarily spared. However, should your peers best you, your time in this little game of mine will be through. The formula for deciding victims is this: those in the lower twenty percent of initial contestants will be eliminated, making for a total of five rounds.
Should you emerge as the highest ranked victim competitor, your restriction will be set in stone, furthering your schemes for victory. All players must follow this restriction for the duration of the game. Restrictions are cumulative.
Use your ingenuity, wit and wiles to weed out your fellow players. Engineer impossible game states and exploit them ruthlessly. After all, your lives are on the line.
The cycle repeats until only one contestant remains.
In the event of a draw, fate's cruel edge will decide the outcome - a die will be cast and one lucky victim contestant will emerge victorious. Be warned: Fate is a fickle mistress and her whim is final. Avoid this at all costs.
Sorry for the delay. Somebody left an absolutely dreadful bloodstain on my new Persian and I had to clean it out before it set. I can only hope the perpetrator is one of this elimination's victims, but even that would be a light sentence considering the crime. Without further ado, this round's obituaries:
Unfortunately, a few guests seem to have wandered off. Probably lost in the hedge maze or eaten by my evil(er) twin I keep locked in the attic. Either way, their deaths have sated my morbid thirst and I have let some of you walk free - for now.
As always, if your name appears in red, you have been killed defeated - Please try not to bleed on my carpet, especially if you have done so already. If your name is bold, you are now one step closer to leaving this place alive. Congratulations, Yewlas.
House Rules:
Your card must use a non-evergreen keyword.
Your card must use a non-mana payment.

In case your brain has died before your body, I'll remind you again: All entries and accompanying restrictions are to be submitted directly to me. Failure to comply will result in everybody knowing what a fool you are, although that should be a given considering you're participating in this twisted game to begin with. This round will terminate at 3:30pm, Wednesday the 15th of February, GMT. Until then, have fun, and do try to hurt yourselves.
* CrustaceanCrusader cackles.
As always, questions can be directed to me in my study. Keep it short, sharp and to the point - these romance novels won't read themselves, you know?
Thanks to Club Flamingo for the help and you for foolishly participating.
