Typically when someone sits down at a table with a Dralnu deck, they groan, roll their eyes and pray they can get their combo hate early. Me, I wanted to play Zombies, and I like my spells to be undead too. This is a casual zombie tribal deck. I know what you're thinking, "But Dementia, how can you have a casual deck that flashesback counterspells and all manner of anti-fun things?" To this I say "Suck it up, I could be playing Tendrils." I would consider this to be a valid criticism if I was using my flashbacked Pact of Negation to protect some ridiculous instawin combo. But I digress, Zombie tribal is a hell of a thing to throw together, what with most of the workhorse aggro cards being worthless in EDH and slim pickings with token producers, I had to protect my valuable zombie (and giant) creatures any way I could. But I was watering at the mouth with some of the awesome new cards coming out in Innistrad block so I though what the heck, I'll give it a shot. That and I needed more decks to fill up my new fatpack/deckbox that I was forced to carry around because I just had to build more. I have't really played this deck much as I don't think it's particularly competitive so I can't really speak on its effectiveness.
Enchantments Call to the Grave- Mind-numbingly slow, but it gets rid of creatures I can't touch and doesn't affect me (almost) at all.
Planeswalkers Jace Beleren- Not really spectacular at drawing me cards like I want him to but I'm not too concerned about his +2 because, you know, counterspells.
