After playing multiple iterations of a Sharuum deck, my advice is lose the fat, focus on the combo. You are playing competitive, so your goal is win mercilessly and as quickly as possible.
I used to run Sundering Titan but the problem was it seemed like every game I got it out it didnt do a whole lot. Usually by that time loosing a few lands didnt matter.
Improve your land base and have back up win conditions before you claim the term, "Competitive" for Sharuum. I have high standards for Sharuum players unless I personally know you and your goal isn't to make her super cutthroat.
How do you deal with constant graveyard hate and blue-based control decks with too many counters? Unless your deck can still win or drag the game on; this deck isn't near what you claim it to be.
On a separate note, don't run Blightsteel Colossus unless you have haste outlets :). You got some sketchy cards in your list. How low is your curve? I hope ~2.5 cmc is the answer.
