Hey guys, was just messing around today with some lists, and I ended up with this. I'm pretty happy with the looks of it so far, lots of good control, with card draw and recycling, alongside good efficient creatures. I'll explain the card choices after.
Elite Inquisitor (WW): First Strike and vigilance on a Bear-sized body is extremely strong. Pumping him via Destiny or Honor makes him significantly better.
[CARD]
Inquisitor Exarch[/CARD] (WW): Extremely efficient creature. Stalls a bit against aggro, late-game shock, and a sizeable body to boot.
Mesa Enchantress (1WW): Theme card of the deck. She refills your hand with any of the enchantments the deck runs.
Mirran Crusader (1WW): One of the strongest 3-drops in the format, the Crusader offers a big, evasive body, with a big punch from the Double Strike.
[CARD]
Sun Titan[/CARD] (4WW): Late-game monster. Recovers any and all permanents the deck runs (except Destiny), gets pumped by Honor, all around monster.
Spells:
Angelic Destiny (2WW): Makes every single creature in the deck a massive threat, recurs itself once they do hit removal, and overall wins you the game within a turn or two. Running 3 to help keep both the curve and the cost down, but I'd add a fourth in a second.
Day of Judgment (2WW): Sometimes you just need to kill everything on the board. Maybe they outraced you, maybe they're playing tokens. Either way, this helps reset the field.
Oblivion Ring (2W): Deals with literally any threat in the current standard format, reusable with Sun Titan
Bonds of Faith (1W): Locks down a huge number of potential threats, recurs with Sun Titan. Debating whether this or Pacifism would be better, since Pacifism can also deal with Delver. Maybe run a 2/2 split maindeck with the options in the sideboard, or make 3 Bonds main, with 3 Pacifism out of the board.
Honor of the Pure (1W): Obvious inclusion in a mono-W deck. Also recurs via Sun Titan, which is a plus.
Sideboard:
Ratchet Bomb (1): Obvious answer to the handful of token decks running around my meta.
Stony Silence (1W): Shuts down Sword-decks, and also ****s on Sphere of the Suns, which will be a bonus.
Timely Reinforcements (2W): Sometimes you just need a few more bodies and some life.
I think Forced Worship would be much, much better than Bonds of Faith. You can draw multiple cards off of one and it locks down a threat, which is much more important than making the creature unable to block. The card advantage could get insane.

Hm. I've created a Mesa Enchantress deck before. But I ran White/Black/Red. Some non-white enchantments are really really good. I liked the curses that were used. Probably the most effective (with cost) was Dead Weight. Its a one cost enchantmetn that doubles as removal.
To be completely honest, the list up top doesn't rely on Enchantress, but it sure as hell profits from her (same philosophy as Heartless Summoning decks). Running either of the Plate or Boots, besides being generally bad cards for Standard, also take away from the enchantments in the deck. I'd rather run something like a playset of Stave Off for protection, or just recur it with Sun Titan.
Got this idea from the other enchantment-based deck, but I'm wondering if Angelic Overseer might not have a good place in this deck. Most of the creatures I'm running are humans, and with the amount of card draw, I don't think it's misplaced. Plus, there's a distinct weakness this deck would have against fliers.

That would suit this deck much better with Mesa Enchantress and all.

But yes, otherwise, looks good. I'd run something against pro-white in your sideboard. Maybe Blade Splicer?

I kind of think so too. Maybe Champ or Hero instead?
