Infiltrator il-Kor seems like a great card for tempo, since a creature coming in with suspend gains haste, which means it's roughly as fast as Delver (since Delver often takes a turn or two, at least, to get flipped). He seems strong for 2 mana. Plus, if you somehow get to 5 mana, you don't even need to suspend it.

Way too slow for a tempo deck. Can't even suspend it until T2, costs 1 more than Delver and still dies to anything doing 1 damage. Pay one more U and cast Vendilion Clique. I'm all for innovation though, just don't see this guy cutting it.
Some lists are running Cryptic Command for god sakes, so how is a 2 mana 3/1 too slow? Granted it's not as good as Delver, Clique, or Snapcaster, but it's better than garbage like Spellstutter Sprite, which some builds run. Just think of him as a 2-mana Delver with a guaranteed flip once he comes in.

So let me get this straight. You want to play a 2 mana 3/1 with shadow? The only problem, he comes into play turn four. That is way to late. Delver has already hit for 6-9 damage, assuming he's flipped and hasn't been killed. SSS, at the same mana cost is just better.

He's good if U/B control tempo is the proper deck. Atm it isn't as point removal isn't the correct way to handle mass creature.
Later on if U/B seems good, one gains access to some powerful rogues and prowl spells, and this guy is just what we want for that. Especially when combined with Sygg's insnae card draw.
If the Infiltrator could be suspended for U, instead of U1, he would be nice. As it stands, that second turn is waaaaaay too important to just *do nothing.*
