Ive always been a huge fan of the rock and it ability to turn games into a slow grind and be able to beat opponents with soft locks and simple card advantage.
This deck purposely plays no infinite combos, I prefer to beat face with hasty elephants and wurms ftw.
We play the best removal in our colors, and then we recurr it and play it again and again.
Deathkeeper is incredibly synergistic in this deck, giving you tokens everytime you off a creature that you dont need after you've abused it etb trigger. Hes a great general if you like long grindy games, and dont mind wiping the board over and over.
Moreover, he screams inevitability, if hes on the field when you board wipe, chances are you have a hasty army to immediately attack with.
You can easily play politics with the deck and steal games out of nowhere.
Kessig Wolf Run powered by Cabal Coffers on a wurmcoil connecting can pull you out of very deep holes!
This isnt the deck for you if you like draw-go- playstyle.
Like short games or infinite combos
Dont like to wipe to board every turn or recur spore frog.
I have a stack of atleast 120 cards that have been tried in the deck,
Im pretty happy with how its currently running, though its weak to mass LD (though i can usually recover quickly enough as long as i hold one land).
Looking for some constructive criticism.

Some other cards I believe are on the Sac theme: Phyrexian Plaguelord (the OG Rock) Innocent Blood
The card where each opponent sacs a creature and you get a 2/2 for each one sacced.
Thanks for your suggestions. Starstorm is actually the only one from those i havent tried yet
Hellfire and Rain of daggers havent killed me yet, though ive been scared that they will someday too, i just like that they have a low CC. Maybe O stone and Massacre Wurm will replace them at some point.
Buried alive gets a lot of nice packages.
Genesis, Eternal witness, Spore Frog is the default if i dont have anything inparticular i need to do. People laugh at spore frog till i recurr him every turn.
Genesis, scarecrone, and either duplicant/solemn/wurmcoil is another good package. With the amount of sacs I run i can usually use the CIP effects atleast once a turn.
genesis avatar of woe and anger is another
Often enough ill have one of the other enchantments out returns stuff, so i wont even need to get genesis. Buried alive is basically survival of the fittest #2. (especially since it generally get destroyed before i can use it three times :p)
I was running phyrexian plaguelord with deranged hermit and hornet queen for a long time, wanting them to be good, but in EDH -1/-1 just isnt that great, and its hard to want to go for it when you can get out scarecrone and duplicant instead.
Ive felt the same way about Liliana Vess needing protection, so shes usually just a cruel tutor, but if i have spore frog out, or can just keep wiping the board every turn she can get there.
Ultimatum is amazing, but often times it will sit in my hands for too long, waiting for me to have 3 red mana.
Wood elves is really dead late game if i dont have skullclamp or survival at my disposal.
People are afraid of garruk, he usually dies after he fights something.
Should I remove some of the spot removal for more utility/tutor type of cards?
In my Rock..I use Skullclamp + Wood Elves/Yavimaya Dryad/Farhaven Elf over Mana Rocks/Bauble/Map. These work better for me since I have Gravepact/Plaguelord/Birthing Pod. I have also Reassembling Skeleton/Bloodghast for Buried Alive/Skullclamp Shenanigans. I use plaguelord so that I have a creature that can sac creatures...as I have 4 Persist/Undying Creatures and Mikaeus.
My recursion is more of the Corpse Dance/Necromancy/Makeshift Mannequin variety.
I think I need to get Genesis in there..just cause I have Entomb/Buried Alive...he can be slow at times though.
i am playing Adun Oakenshield as my General...as he is on theme..can create headaches once we have ETB/Sac/Recur going.

I also use the Skullclamp+Wood Elves et al option over bauble, map, and mana rocks. It feeds into the theme more, fueling Sek'Kuar for me.
I was running Yavimaya dryad at one point, maybe i should make room for her again.
I like wayfarers just because its a first turn drop, maybe ill take out STE or Map. I just like map cuz it helps me assemble coffers/urborg/kessig wolf run, which is one of the few ways the deck can end the game quickly. Though arguably theres enough other tutors in the deck.
Links to your guys decklists? maybe we can just combine all of them for discussion and make a nice primer.
Resassembling Skeleton and Bloodghast are good targets, I just dont know what I would cut for them. Some of spot removal? Usually if i need something to sac repeatedly to clamp i tutor up Squee. I like him because he also works really well with Survival and Tortured Existence.
Adun seems like he could be useful for when they get rid of my genesis, though I like that Deathkeeper has so much synergy with clamp and recurring duplicant over and over.
I haven't had the chance to post my decklist yet. I want to. It is a fairly simple deck in terms of its design, but I have fun playing it. I'll post it when I get the chance. That would be really fun collaborating on a primer. Maybe have different builds depending on play style.
I've played Sek'kuar without infinite combo's for a while, but I changed the deck (to Glissa) because everyone expected some filthy combo and piled up on me. The goal of the deck was to loop Nether Traitor/Reassembling Skeleton as many times as possible, triggering all the sac triggers in the process (in the Glissa deck I do the same trick, only now with 100% more Gravecrawlers). You could try this over some of your recursion (since they recur themselves) or removal (since this triggers Grave Pact, you can do with less removal). Some random cards I liked:
-Fresh Meat
-Golgari Germination
-Pawn of Ulamog
I cut the non-creature mana ramp, just to have more creatures to sac. Besides STE you could try Yavimaya Elder and Diligent Farmhand.

Great suggestions. I like playing with cards most other players do not; cards that aren't the same ones in every deck, not necessarily just Sek'Kuar decks. Golgari Germination seems like a fun addition to the deck. I may have to test it out.
I mostly fear about hitting the double green mana to cast him turn 3.
Garruk is a beast, and what i love about him is that people dont fear him, i usually get him upto 8 counters before anyone fears him.
But usually he just untaps lands for me. I wish there were better planeswalkers for our colors, because i can get to the point where i can wipe the board every turn and easily get upto ultimate range.
Going to playtest it tonight, he might turn back into expedition map or something from the new set when it comes out...
Ive found one of my biggest problems in multiplayer games is getting knocked down to very low life and not being able to stabilize before hasty beats or i find lifegain.
To counteract this ive added Engulfing Slagwurm, Starstorm, and Comet Storm. Instant speed removal is highly relevant, and slagwurm is an amazing attack deterent.
Not having lifelink or etb gain life may be a problem, he may potentially turn into a Pelakka Wurm, which probably is a lot more on theme with the deck.
By increasing the amount of recursion i play ive both increased the effectiveness of buried alive/entomb. They can either grab bloodghast/squee/reassembling if i have a good sac outlet, or if i have one of my many recursion i can grab anything else i want.
Im not too weak graveyard hate anymore, i can effectively play around it, especially since no one generally plays more than 2-3 gy hate effects. By the time they can cripple my efficent gy recursion, i have enough mana to be able to fetch up and find my clunkier/mana intensive but equally effective recursion.
:tldr
I wanna put in Lord of Extinction so i can board wipe then alpha strike someone with him (anger in the yard~).
What should I take out.
I might remove 1-2 tutors for more lands, probably Entomb, Beseech the Queen, Diabolic Intent... in that order.

Liliana Vess doesn't seem to good without some protection..although it stays on the Sac Theme.
Massacre Wurm is a great rock addition. You don't seem to have a real reason to put in Entomb an Buried Alive.
