Seeing this new potential general got me interested in trying out a UW general. This is an initial list. I have not put this together or tested it yet I would like people's opinions to see if I missed anything awesome. When I build a deck I tend to gravitate very heavily towards a particular theme and then after testing reel myself back from that theme to make it more versatile.
Edit: This deck is now embracing the potential enchantment related combos that that can be done within it. I got quite a few interchangeable combo pieces working within it and still have the option of going voltron with Bruna if my combos get disrupted. It is getting increasingly difficult to make changes to this list as time goes on. Im very open to suggestion though.

I can appreciate that you picked lots of enchantments to get mileage out of sacking them, but I think its absolute insanity to have a deck with both Bruna and Sovereigns and not run Celestial Mantle and Eldrazi Conscription. Conscription will definitely get added in here complete brain cramp on my part forgetting such an obvious card. Celestial Mantle I dont really see the point of just because doubling my life total doesnt mean much unless I play one of the two win if your life total is X cards.

Here's a weird one, what about Awesome Presence? Its cheap and makes it harder for your opponent to block Bubbles.
It's an idea and I definitely misread that card when I was going through my list of UW enchantments. Any suggestions on what to take out for it?

Unless Bruna already has an enchantment on her it can't be placed back on her from the graveyard. Im kinda going into this with the expectation that each time I cast her Ill get one swing before she dies

Blasting station to combo out with false demise? Also with fool's demise.
Tawnos coffin as second flickerform effect? lots of auras let you draw a card once they reenter.
Academy researchers is combo just like general with blasting station.
No nomad mythmaker or Sun titan? You should also play reveilark and karmic guide to combo out with blasting station. All of these cards are also good individualy.

Blasting Station, False Demise and Bruna isn't a combo bruna regrettably does not trigger on entering the battlefield only on attacking or blocking.
Fool's Demise and Academy Researchers does work with blasting station though and I think I will include them in the deck. With the Lark/Guide combo I dont run much that can come back with reveillark so it is not overly useful to me on its own and I dont really have any way of tutoring up karmic guide. While they are all good cards they dont necessarily do anything extra for this deck so Id be more inclined to pass on those.
Sun Titan I think I might include because it fits nicely with what the deck is doing and it combos with blasting station and false demise as well. Mythmaker is definitely going to go into this list too I just completely forgot that it exists.
Angellic Destiny I didnt include because it only gives +4/+4 and first strike for 4 mana and it returns to my hand instead of going to the graveyard so every time I want it on bruna I need to recast it

I'm not sure you understand the brokenness that is Bruna but when she attacks she pulls the auras out of your hand too, you never have to cast any of your enchantments she just Zurs them into place.
Also after a quick look at your list I'm rather surprised to see you haven't included Three Dreams it seems like an auto include in this deck! I know it's an artifact but Darksteel Plate is pretty good in any deck that needs it's general to survive. Also Greater Auramancy seems pretty good here since your general's ability doesn't target. Vow of Duty gives a P/T bonus and is one of the few things out there that gives vigilance(EDIT: I forgot she has vigilance already lol) plus if nothing else you can throw it on a threat until you can swing! If you are looking for things to cut my suggestions are: Armored Ascension it's really only great in a mono white deck, Capashen Standard this is one of those cards that might be really good playtest it and let me know! Mystic Veil this is really only good the first time you cast it because shroud only on your turn seems kind of like a wasted slot Foil Not a bad card, but it's better in mono blue.
Anything else you will really just have to make the hard decision to cut something good for something better ;-) anyway hope I helped a little and as always have fun!
Valid stuff you said, sry about general, i missread it. You didnt comment tawnos coffin, its incredibly usefull with cards like Auratouched Mage, Totem-Guide Hartebeest who can be constant aura tutors. Not to mention etb abuse, and it can also serve as temporal removal of any threats (also serves fine as comander removal ^_^)
The coffin looks sweet plus I have a soft spot for really old cards. Definitely going in this list as the deck tends to revolve around the general

Three Dreams should go in there dont know how I forgot about it. Darksteel plate for me falls into the category of generically good so Ill include it if some space opens up (I got a whole lot of changes to make here). Greater Auramancy is something I am going to have to test out to see if it makes sense in the deck because it doesnt really matter if my enchantments die and I got a few shroud enchantments already.
I'll test out the standard but you make some good points about the others so I'll cut them and figure out what changes Im going to make to the deck tomorrow morning

Been testing it for 2 days now, realized river kelpie is excellent with bruna effect Turns into powerfull draw.
Haste is very important. So tolaria west should go in to tutor hall of bandit lord. (Also winding canyons to cheat summoning sickness)
Turns out blasting station is one of most important cards in my bruna- sun titan with angelic renewal and false demise, karmic guide + reveilark, and academy researchers and fool's demise.
Could you post the list you're using or at least the differences between what I have on the list so far. If blasting station is so important perhaps include drift of phantasms to dig it out along with tolaria west
Edit: Put in a huge update here I changed something like 13 cards in the deck and it is taking on a more comboish tint with the option to go voltron. I do like being less reliant on my general so Im thinking of running with it and going with more sac outlets for more combo shenanigans

Does there need to be? It's near drawback-free untapping or tapping of any permanent. Throw in an arcanis, or untap your maze of ith a few times, or tap their things, or untap your lands so you can play responses. I would also play with a Reminisce and a Put Away to avoid gy hate in general. Alternatively you could run Feldon's Cane or an Elixer of Immortality.

I guess what Im asking is how does Mind Over Matter make it easier for me to either assemble one of the combos in the deck or make my general capable of killing someone in 1-2 swings. It's great card I dont doubt the power of it for a second but I dont see how it helps this deck achieve its goals. Im also concerned that I dont have enough card drawing in the deck to take full advantage of it.
I do like the idea of including something that can protect my graveyard though because it seems like it would be a target of GY hate

Is this in real cardboard or mws/cockatrice? Just asking if budget is an issue as if it isn't Mana Drain should definitely be in here.
I'm surprised no one has mentioned Iridescent Drake yet. Graveyard recursion seems tasty, and it should combo with blasting station/false demise if I'm not a total idiot(that's a possibility).
Also, Pemmin's Aura give's Bruna pseudo hexproof, plus the ability to squeeze in a few extra points of damage should you need it.
Kind of surprised that Kor Spiritdancer didn't make the cut. Was it just not reliable enough?
Lastly, how does Hakim, Loreweaver sound to you? Seems slow and not amazing, but should have options anyways. With Aura Finesse/Aura Graft/Enchantment Alteration and things like Confiscate he's got some pretty silly stuff happening.

It could be both but I do have a mana drain so it could go into the deck. Spiritdancer was unnecessary once I realized I dont need to cast any auras and am better off leaving my mana open for other things and river kelpie was drawing way more cards than the spiritdancer so it got the axe.

Not really "stealing" just moving. With Crown of the Ages for example, confiscate and a sac outlet, Hakim reads 2UU tap: sacrifice any target creature. With claws of gix and one of the spell based ones make that 3UU tap: sacrifice any target permanent, gain a life. Or you can just steal stuff.

I admit it doesn't really further the general theme of your deck(besides maybe having a bit more generalized gy recursion), but the basic idea is that with confiscate in your gy, Hakim on the field and either crown of ages on the field or any of the enchantment switching spells in hand you can take any creature(permanent in the case of the spells) on the field. With a sac outlet you can then sacrifice that creatue. The reason crown is good is because then you can rinse and repeat as necessary.

yeah, it is clunky and the upkeep part does suck(I alwys forget that part to be honest), but it's only 4 mana to kill a creature to be fair.

Unless Bruna already has an enchantment on her it can't be placed back on her from the graveyard. Im kinda going into this with the expectation that each time I cast her Ill get one swing before she dies

Is there some combo with it for this deck that Im not seeing?
Blasting Station, False Demise and Bruna isn't a combo bruna regrettably does not trigger on entering the battlefield only on attacking or blocking.
Fool's Demise and Academy Researchers does work with blasting station though and I think I will include them in the deck. With the Lark/Guide combo I dont run much that can come back with reveillark so it is not overly useful to me on its own and I dont really have any way of tutoring up karmic guide. While they are all good cards they dont necessarily do anything extra for this deck so Id be more inclined to pass on those.
Sun Titan I think I might include because it fits nicely with what the deck is doing and it combos with blasting station and false demise as well. Mythmaker is definitely going to go into this list too I just completely forgot that it exists.
Angellic Destiny I didnt include because it only gives +4/+4 and first strike for 4 mana and it returns to my hand instead of going to the graveyard so every time I want it on bruna I need to recast it

I'm not sure you understand the brokenness that is Bruna but when she attacks she pulls the auras out of your hand too, you never have to cast any of your enchantments she just Zurs them into place.

Armored Ascension it's really only great in a mono white deck,
Capashen Standard this is one of those cards that might be really good playtest it and let me know!
Mystic Veil this is really only good the first time you cast it because shroud only on your turn seems kind of like a wasted slot
Foil Not a bad card, but it's better in mono blue.
Anything else you will really just have to make the hard decision to cut something good for something better ;-) anyway hope I helped a little and as always have fun!

The coffin looks sweet plus I have a soft spot for really old cards. Definitely going in this list as the deck tends to revolve around the general
You are correctI I thought it was only enchantments in play or in the graveyard that get sucked towards her. Angellic Destiny is now a useful card for this deck
Three Dreams should go in there dont know how I forgot about it. Darksteel plate for me falls into the category of generically good so Ill include it if some space opens up (I got a whole lot of changes to make here). Greater Auramancy is something I am going to have to test out to see if it makes sense in the deck because it doesnt really matter if my enchantments die and I got a few shroud enchantments already.
I'll test out the standard but you make some good points about the others so I'll cut them and figure out what changes Im going to make to the deck tomorrow morning

Could you post the list you're using or at least the differences between what I have on the list so far. If blasting station is so important perhaps include drift of phantasms to dig it out along with tolaria west
Edit: Put in a huge update here I changed something like 13 cards in the deck and it is taking on a more comboish tint with the option to go voltron. I do like being less reliant on my general so Im thinking of running with it and going with more sac outlets for more combo shenanigans

Does there need to be? It's near drawback-free untapping or tapping of any permanent. Throw in an arcanis, or untap your maze of ith a few times, or tap their things, or untap your lands so you can play responses. I would also play with a Reminisce and a Put Away to avoid gy hate in general. Alternatively you could run Feldon's Cane or an Elixer of Immortality.

I guess what Im asking is how does Mind Over Matter make it easier for me to either assemble one of the combos in the deck or make my general capable of killing someone in 1-2 swings. It's great card I dont doubt the power of it for a second but I dont see how it helps this deck achieve its goals. Im also concerned that I dont have enough card drawing in the deck to take full advantage of it.
I do like the idea of including something that can protect my graveyard though because it seems like it would be a target of GY hate

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Iridescent Drake yet. Graveyard recursion seems tasty, and it should combo with blasting station/false demise if I'm not a total idiot(that's a possibility).
Also, Pemmin's Aura give's Bruna pseudo hexproof, plus the ability to squeeze in a few extra points of damage should you need it.
Kind of surprised that Kor Spiritdancer didn't make the cut. Was it just not reliable enough?
Lastly, how does Hakim, Loreweaver sound to you? Seems slow and not amazing, but should have options anyways. With Aura Finesse/Aura Graft/Enchantment Alteration and things like Confiscate he's got some pretty silly stuff happening.
Edit: Needs more Serra's Sanctum too.
It could be both but I do have a mana drain so it could go into the deck. Spiritdancer was unnecessary once I realized I dont need to cast any auras and am better off leaving my mana open for other things and river kelpie was drawing way more cards than the spiritdancer so it got the axe.
Serra's Sanctum should be on the list as well. I always have a hard time remembering good non-basic lands to include but that one seems like a good choice. Once Im back at work Ill pick up a copy of it.
As for the stealing auras cards I dont really see a point other than removing stuff like faith's fetters type cards because bruna sucks all the useful auras towards herself anyways and most people have the good sense not to run positive auras in their own decks outside of uril and zur
The drake looks awesome and is yet another combo card for false demise. Pemmin's Aura I like but for an entirely different reason from you it gives me an out against hallowed burial so Ill try to find a slot for it

Not really "stealing" just moving. With Crown of the Ages for example, confiscate and a sac outlet, Hakim reads 2UU tap: sacrifice any target creature. With claws of gix and one of the spell based ones make that 3UU tap: sacrifice any target permanent, gain a life. Or you can just steal stuff.
Im not really seeing this combo youre speaking of. I dont really get how hakim fits into any of this and what it accomplishes. I dont need a sac outlet for permanents just creatures and the two mana altars and blasting station got me covered there. I dont really get what this combo does, why Id want to do it or how it helps me get a huge general or a combo going

I admit it doesn't really further the general theme of your deck(besides maybe having a bit more generalized gy recursion), but the basic idea is that with confiscate in your gy, Hakim on the field and either crown of ages on the field or any of the enchantment switching spells in hand you can take any creature(permanent in the case of the spells) on the field. With a sac outlet you can then sacrifice that creatue. The reason crown is good is because then you can rinse and repeat as necessary.
It seems like an idea that would be better suited to a hakim deck as opposed to a Bruna deck since she does most of what hakim does without the clunky need to spend mana during my upkeep. Mana is almost always going to be tight in this type of deck; the general is 6 cmc, sun titan is 6 cmc, the recursion enchantments are either 2 or 4 mana and the sac outlets are 3 mana each so Im almost certainly going to have more to do on my turn than spend 6 mana to destroy 1 permanent each turn

yeah, it is clunky and the upkeep part does suck(I alwys forget that part to be honest), but it's only 4 mana to kill a creature to be fair.
It totally doesn't make sense for your deck though, I'm just really sleep deprived.
