Combo : I don't like combos but ; Palinchron Is special. Sometime I feel he is just too powerfull. Just because infinite combo are too powerful. I keep it as my only combo and its a complex combo to build up. This combo require at least 4 card to work. Palinchron + a Caged Sun effect = infinite Mana.
Infinite mana + Sensei's Diving Top + a Futur Sight effect = Infinite draw.
Infinite mana + infinite draw = draw into Memnarch and steal every permanents.
Win Cond.
It seem stretch but I win 20% of the time with this super bad 4 pieces combo.
The rest of the time Memnarch give me another 10% of my wins Rite of Replication : 15% Lighthouse Chronologist lock down = 10% Sphinx of Magosi lock down = 10%
The other 35% is winning the normal way
List of card I could see cut : Thawing Glaciers : It work but it is very slow. and with 37 lands, I usually have a better one to play Lightning Greaves : It doesn't do much because of Kira. You need to equip twice any creature and it give a chance to the opponent to use a kill spell. Its better to just stay with Kira. Everflowing Chalice : It work, but most of the time it's not a lot better that a colorless land Mind Control Maybe this card is the "one too much" of that kind of effect. Sphinx Ambassador : Its very good and powerful. But it slow the game so much that players loose interest. There is so much text, by the time every one understand the text on the Sphinx, the time you search and read the top 10 creature and the time they make a prediction, every one is bored. For a competitive play I would keep it, but just for fun I may want to find better. Fatespinner : You don't get a lot a advantages, but every player hate the guy who play the Fatespinner. It usually bring hate on you. Keiga, the Tide Star It works but it's just unimpressive. Its usually just an delayed Mind Control Dissipate and/or Stoic Rebuttal Some group of player don't like Counterspells. I would keep 6 Counterspells cards and cut those 2.
List of card I would never cut : Time Stretch : I have never loose after casting this one Relic of Progenitus : Beside Snapcaster Mage, I do not use my graveyard. It is a blowout to remove ALL Graveyards Rite of Replication : It is so fun to cast this card with kicker. Pongify : Is the blue Swords to Plowshares Roil Elemental is a super card. You want to cast him with counterspell up and Kira on the table

A good way to win it to :
1 - stay low profile for 5 to 8 turn. then cast Nevinyrral's Disk or Oblivion Stone to reset the board.
2 - find and cast Caged Sun or Gauntlet of Power
3 - Go crazy with Time Stretch and/or Time Warp and/or Futur Sight effects
4 - Win with Sphinx of Magosi or Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre or Memnarch or Rite of Replication. All under the protection of Kira
