Hi,
A few cards CS are known, and the new rule ("permanent neigeux", "snowy permanents") :

It's in French, but I can translate if you ask

That would be helpful. Some of the Google translations are hilarious. Example:
Requisition 5uu
Transitory (R)
You can pay to withdraw part two charts blue of your hand instead of paying the cost of mana of the Requisition.
Acquire the control of the fate targeted not-creature. You can choose new targets to him. (If this fate is an artifact or an enchantment, it arrives concerned under your control.)

I don't read french but it looks like....

Icy Shielding? -
Enchantment - Aura
Enchant creature
Cumulative upkeep: One snow-covered mana
Enchanted creature gets +3/+3 for each age counter on ~.

Jotun Guard-Owl? -
Créature - Giant (U)
Cumulative Upkeep: or
When ~ is put into a graveyard from play, put a 1/1 white bird token with flying into play for each age counter on ~.
?/?

Requisition -
Instant (R)
You can remove two blue cards from of your hand instead of paying ~'s mana cost.
Gain control of the target noncreature spell. You can choose new targets to that spell. (If that card is an artifact or an enchantment, it comes into play under your control.)

Feast of Flesh -
Sorcery (C)
~~ deals X damage to target creature, and you gain X life, where X equal to 1 plus the number of cards called ~~ in all the graveyards.

Martyr of Ashes -
Créature - Human Shaman (C)
, reveal X red cards from your hand, sacrifice ~~: ~~ deals X damage to each creatures without flying.
1/1

End of Hibernation -
Enchantment
Cumulative Upkeep: 1
Whenever you pay ~~'s cumulative upkeep, you may search your library for a creature card with a converted mana cost equal to the number of age counters on ~~. If you do, shuffle you library.

Snowcovered Creature- People Faerie? (R)
Flying
& one snow covered mana: Snow-covered creatures you control get +1/+1 until end of turn

Well, not sure about requisition, but my best interpretation is "Gain control of target non-creature spell. You may choose new targets for that spell", and it pitches by removing two blue cards in hand from the game.

It talks of "snowy mana", and so I'm suspicious, but it says that it is just any mana produced by a snowy permanent.

Also, there are cards that get better the longer their cumulative upkeep cost has been played. Props to wizards for this.

Translations:

White-out (U)
Snowy Enchantment - Aura
Enchant Creature
Cumulative upkeep: 1 snowy mana.
Enchanted creature gets +3/+3 for each age counter on ~.
Illus : Brian Desplain
7/155

Garde-hibou Jötun (U)
Creature - Giant
Cumulative Upkeep: or
When ~ is put into a graveyard from play, put a 1/1 white Bird creature token into play for each age counter on ~.
Illus : Dave Dorman
9/155

Requisition (R)
Instant
You may remove two blue cards in your hand form the game instead of playing ~'s mana cost.
Gain control of target non-creature spell. You may choose new targets for that spell. (If it is an enchantment or artifact, it comes into play under your control)
Illus :John Matson
29/155

Festin de chair (c)
Sorcery
~ deals X damage to target creature and you gian X life, where X is the number of cards named ~ in all graveyards plus 1.
Illus : Volkan Baga
56/155

Will do the rest later, got to go out.

Requisition is good. It is basically a hard-counter for non-creature spells plus a twincast or a confinscate. And the 2 card ditch to take out the cost is gonna make this really good. Hello new Force of Will.

age counters are put on a permanent with cumulative upkeep

502.13. Cumulative Upkeep

502.13a Cumulative upkeep is a triggered ability that imposes an increasing cost on a permanent. “Cumulative upkeep [cost]” means “At the beginning of your upkeep, put an age counter on this permanent, then sacrifice this permanent unless you pay [cost] for each age counter on it.”

502.13b If a permanent has multiple instances of cumulative upkeep, each triggers separately. However, the age counters are not linked to any particular ability; each cumulative upkeep ability will count the total number of age counters on the permanent at the time that ability resolves.
Example: A creature has two instances of “Cumulative upkeep—Pay 1 life.” The creature currently has no counters but both cumulative upkeep abilities trigger. When the first ability resolves, the controller adds a counter and then chooses to pay 1 life. When the second ability resolves, the controller adds another counter and then chooses to pay an additional 2 life.

'Snowy' Supertype? 'Snowy' mana? Weird. Hope it doesn't create a two-tier game where some great spells need 'snowy' mana to work. I'd like to use that White Aura in a deck or two...

age counters are how you keep track of cumulative upkeep. Heart of Bogardan for an example where it is important.

The blue one is really cool and I think will affect the metagame a lot; I'm gonna get 4 when it comes out.
The green one looks really fun.

RMS OCean- You can't feel bad if it does though, technically Coldsnap is a "bonus", so it shouldnt mold with t2 so well, but i agree, i hope no more then 1 deck really evolves from the set alone.

I think the pitch spell is freakin huge for U and control, although it'd have to be in decks capable of draw, 2 cards if not payed for manually.

My tron deck is happy though
