This is my most recent EDH deck. I'm still working on acquiring some cards, but I have the integrity of the deck. The deck is at 104 cards, and I'm not sure what to cut. Comments and suggestions are welcome.
I would drop:
Twilight's Call: How often do you really need to reanimate everything? lol
Krosan Drover: Dragonspeaker Shaman is a mana cheaper.
Reckless Spite I would consider trading for Ashes to Ashes. You lose speed but gain exiling.
@Von Kriplespac: I completely forgot about incubator, thanks! I can cut drover for that. Reckless Spite was definitely something I was thinking of cutting, but I really like Dragonstorm(this is my Timmy deck):)
@Sanity's eclipse: I really like Twilight's Call, maybe it's just because I won the first game I played with this deck with Twilight's Call+Insurrection, but I can see cutting it. However, this deck usually has the best creatures after the graveyards are emptied due to high density of dragons.

What are you trying to go for here? Do you mind axing dragons for better creatures? Are you trying to go dragon tribal? You're really missing a lot of mana ramp here, and running really sub par artifacts instead. Which are much easier to remove than their land counterparts.
Rakdos, Gruul, and Golgari signets being the three. Similarly the creatures that tap for mana are prone to being caught up in wraths. I'd also cut Birds of Paradise and Bloom tender in lieu of something that nets you a land when it comes into play. I would axe these 5 for ramp spells or creatures. Cultivate, Kodama's Reach, Skyshroud Claim, Explosive Vegetation, Wood Elves, Farhaven Elf, the list goes on. I realize you're running some of these, but the creature ones are nice. Especially if you pick up survival of the fittest or birthing pod
Fauna Shaman: Worse than survival of the fittest, as it's not like you have a ton of recursion, she takes a turn to go online, and can only be done once a turn. But is it $20 worse?
Krosan Drover is mediocre, you could just run ramp in its place.
Broodmate Dragon is incredibly slow for 6 mana
Thunder Dragon isn't great either
All mediocre are: Kilnmouth, Ancient Hellkite, Balefire (a little), Dragon Tyrant, Crucible of Fire, Warstorm Surge, and Dragon Roost.
What you should replace them with if you don't necessarily need dragon tribal: Things that have nice come into play effects. Acidic Slime, Primeval Titan, Inferno Titan, Grave Titan, Bone Shredder, Vithian Renegades, better wrath spells, Decree of Pain, GY recursion, etc. Really anything that helps advance your board position, or decrease opponents. Anything that has an immediate impact by either being a body and destroying something, being a hasted body, making additional bodies, or getting you lands.
This is, in fact, a dragon tribal-ish deck. While I don't think Survival of the Fittest is $20 better than shaman, I do own a Birthing Pod and may try that with some land-fetching elves. As for the dragons, this deck usually wins with extra combat phases, so Broodmate Dragon is really nice. Balefire Dragon and Kilnmouth Dragon have been performing really well for me, but Dragon Tyrant has been meh. Warstorm Surge is part of a private joke in my playgroup, and it can win games on the spot with Living Death or Twilight's Call. Dragon Roost provides some inevitability, and Crucible of Fire is more of an enchantment that I play to draw out enchantment hate so I can play my better ones, and if it sticks, it is pretty funny watch people's faces when they realize how large my dragons are.
