-Crime // Punishment – Really this is in here because this is one of the few decks this card is playable in, but it also provides some pretty cool affects.
-Celestial Kirin – I had a really hard time deciding whether or not I wanted to put this card in this deck, but in the end my logic was “If I blow up a creature I control that I actually need, I’ll just bring back into play with Karador, Ghost Chieftain.”
-Spectral Searchlight – Originally, the only reason I put this card into this deck was because I couldn’t find an Orzhov Signet in any of my boxes, but Spectral Searchlight has proven to also provide me with the means to gain some political favor.
-Iname as One – I know that this incarnation of Iname is generally considered unplayable due to his ridiculous mana cost, but I figured that since I;m running the other two versions of him, I might as well play him as well.
-Bonehoard – This card is in here for two reasons. One, this is a graveyard-centralized deck, why not run an equipment that turns a creature into a Mortivore-ish beater. And two, it synergizes really well with Iname, Death Aspect.
I love the flavor of this deck. I'm seriously considering adding Death Iname to my slightly less casual Karador deck (and Conspiracy to go with it), tutor out every creature in my deck then Living Death them into play. Seems like fun should it work. Some actual Spirits you might want :
[CARD]
Divinity of Pride
[/CARD] ( just awesome)
[CARD]
Graveborn Muse
[/CARD] Hana Kami for shenanigans
[CARD]
Hokori, Dust-Drinker
[/CARD] for when you just feel mean Kagemaro, First to Suffer is a passable board wipe effect Karmic Guide is just hot
[CARD]
Kataki, War's Wage
[/CARD] helps with artifacts
[CARD]
Kyoki, Sanity's Eclipse
[/CARD] your opponent's will soon have empty hands and you didnt have to even try
Of course there's the Myojin cycle but they are sort of awkward with the graveyard Phantom Nishoba always manages to just make me happy for some reason..maybe it can do that for you too Restless Apparition is a nice creature that scales Revenant + Bonehoard is kind of a beating Spirit of the Hearth shuts off some grave hate
And obviously Yosei, the Morning Star if you need to go that route.
I think you should at least find room for Divinity and Yosei here

Divinity of Pride is pretty sweet, and I have a lot of life gain in this deck, so I don't think I'll have an issue keeping my starting 40. Too bad the Divinity is kinda expensive.
Graveborn Muse seems like she'd be kinda slow in this deck unless I threw in Conspiracy and had both in play. So I think that's a no-go.
I had considered Hana Kami, but I don't have a massive amount of Arcan spells, so I'm kinda iffy.
Ewww... Hokori, Dust Drinker... A friend of mine uses him as a General and I absolutely hate playing against it, so once again, I'm kinda iffy.
Karmic Guide... Once again, an awesome card that I'd love to have, but she's kinda expensive.
I love Kataki, War's Wage! I used to have one, but then I traded it to a friend who plays at a very Artifact-heavy metagame. As I was building this deck, I regretted that trade.
Kyoki, Sanity's Eclipse is pretty cool, and I know for a fact I've seen him in my LGS's dollar bin. I'll have to get myself one.
I have loved Phantom Nishoba since I first saw it in an issue of Beckett Magic around seven years ago. Though, I don't think I've ever actually seen one in person. It's not expensive at all on Starcity, so I may very well get one the next time I order from them.
Revenant is quite cool, I actually vaguely remember seeing one in a friends binder, I may see if he'll trade it to me.
Spirit of the Hearth is interesting, and it has pretty halarious flavor text too. I have never seen that card before today. Definitely a good recommendation for this deck.
I figured sooner or later someone would recommend Yosei, the Morning Star, I want one so bad... I know how valuable the ability to lock someone down repeatable is.

Anytime I love theme decks that have a chance to be good. As far as Hana Kami goes, maybe its interactions with Death Denied could change your mind on it?

I have to admit... That is pretty legit, it definitely adds a bit more reason to add in Hana Kami.
Seeing this has got me thinking about doing something like this. I had planned on doing an Iname, Death Aspect deck, but this just seems much more fun. Two things I might suggest are Long-Forgotten Gohei and Time of Need. The Gohei can just act as an easy to cast buff for everything you control, and Time of Need seems really great in this deck based on the number of legendary creatures you run. What are some cards that seem lackluster when you draw them?

I have a Time of Need that I was intending on saving for a Captain Sisay deck I want to build, but since I don't have a Sisay, I have no reason not to slot in the Time of Need in this deck.
Long-Forgotten Gohei is pretty awesome when paired up with this deck, and I think I've seen it in one of my LGS's dollar bins... I know what I might be looking for next!
Everflowing Chalice is the only lack luster card I can think of drawing. I purposefully only put in Spirits I thought had cool and unique affects, but I knew I needed ramp, so I threw the Chalice in, though it itself takes a mana investment.
Yeah, someone recommended Patriarch's Bidding for my Sliver King deck, but I don't even have one for that deck. Since I now have three EDH Tribal-themed decks, I need all the Patriarch's Biddings I can get.
How do you feel about the mana situation in the deck? It seems to me the best things that benefit off of spirit/arcane spells require a decent amount of mana to play, but other then the 4 mana artifacts and kodamas reach, there isn't any ramp.
Also, do you feel like you run out of gas alot? I know arena and seizan help refuel your hand, but do you think you need more?
Thanks for the answers, I am trying to put together a similar deck, and am looking to try to flush out the decks weaknesses.

Yeah, I have noticied that my mana curve is kinda heavier, especially for the things that I really want to play. I'll look into adding more ramp.
This is what I have been testing on cockatrice. The land mix is really just stuff I have already, but I will work on that at some point. One thing that I really like in this deck is Primordial Sage. Sage and Karador online generally means drawing an extra 3 or 4 cards a turn.
I'll probably take out Baku Alter. While it is on theme, it just is way too slow. If you didn't have to tap it, I would consider it more heavily. Also, I am disappointed with Patron of the Orochi. It just doesn't do much. Maybe replace it with a Myojin?

That's a good looking deck. It looks a lot like what I want mine to develop into eventually. I had never actually seen Baku Altar before, I like it. I also want a Patron of the Orochi for my deck. It's ironic to me that the cards you are going to pull out, I'd like to put in.
How exactly does having Primordial Sage and Karador, Ghost Chieftain get you an extra three or four cards every turn? My confusion comes from the fact that Karador only lets you play one creature from your graveyard during your turn.

Between getting the extra draws from the sage, being able to play something cheap with Karador, and bouncing and replaying Onna's (specifically Haru-Onna). Honestly, Haru-Onna is amazing if you can get decent mana out. It lets you dig in the deck insanely fast. I am thinking about adding Cloudstone Curio to allow me to bounce cheap spirits off of each other, just to build up spiritcraft triggers, like Oyobi and Kyoki.
This has been one of the most fun EDH decks I have played in a while. I'm going to purchasing a paper version sometime soon. It's a fun tribe to play, gets support every once in a while, and nobody sees it coming. My only problem is it just can fold to graveyard hate. It's really easy to get greedy with Iname Death's Aspect, but also game changing if you get one or two untaps with it.
EDIT: I can't believe I forgot about Mirror Entity. Still a spirit, and can push lots of damage through.
Also, how do you feel about Lifespinner? It allows us to tutor some of our best creatures, and we can replay the spirits with Karador.

Ah, okay. Thank you for explaining your thought process to me.
Yeah, graveyard hate has proven to be an issue. The first time it happened to me someone Bojuka Boged me on the seventh turn. It was the turn after I had played Karador, Ghost Chieftain, and boy was I sad.
Mirror Entity is awesome! The Sofa-King definitely approves! I temporarily stopped playing a little after Future Sight and started back up right after Alara Reborn came out, so the Lorwyn cards always surprise me. This one can definitely get my itty-bitty weenie spirits to punch through, plus, if other people have lords in play, my creatures only get better!
The Entity's price is slightly problematic for me though. He's going for 4.99$ on Starcity, which means he shouldn't be in any of my LGS's 1$ rare bins (I italicized shouldn't because you can occasionally find cards that shouldn't be in those bins. For example my Dad found a Mindslaver in one of the bins, though Dad handed it to the store owner and said "This shouldn't be in here"). And I don't think I've ever seen one in anyone's binder. I guess I'll figure something out.
Lifespinner: I originally choose to not put this card in this deck because I didn't think I was going to have a whole lot of Legends in this deck. Looking back, I have a lot of Legends, so Lifespinner is probably a viable option!
Card Selection:
-Crime // Punishment – Really this is in here because this is one of the few decks this card is playable in, but it also provides some pretty cool affects.
-Celestial Kirin – I had a really hard time deciding whether or not I wanted to put this card in this deck, but in the end my logic was “If I blow up a creature I control that I actually need, I’ll just bring back into play with Karador, Ghost Chieftain.”

Cards I’d like to Add:
-Infernal Kirin, Sekki, Seasons’ Guide, and Ghost Council of Orzhova.
-And any other awesome Spirit Legends. They don’t have to be from Kamigawa, as is evidenced by the Ghost Council.
Besides these various notes, feel free to comment on this deck and recommend some new cards for it. Thank you!

Myojin of Cleansing Fire, Myojin of Life's Web, and Myojin of Night's Reach: These are all awesome! I have Myojin of Seeing Winds, though obviously that doesn't help this deck any. I guess since they're kind cheap for their awesomeness, I could get them off of Starcity or try to find them at my LGS.
I have loved Phantom Nishoba since I first saw it in an issue of Beckett Magic around seven years ago. Though, I don't think I've ever actually seen one in person. It's not expensive at all on Starcity, so I may very well get one the next time I order from them.
Restless Apparation is a lot like Strangleroot Geist, maybe if I find a Restless Apparation I'll replace the Geist.
