Here's a first pass at a Shardless Agent list that I'm thinking about building. Any advice or ideas would be very appreciated!
Here are some of the deck issues I'm grappling with:
1. As it currently stands, most of the cards in the list can be cascaded directly into by the general. Should the deck's function be to generate pure card advantage via the general, or should I pursue more of the philosophy behind hypergenesis/living end decks, where most of the deck is built of 3+ cmc cards, while tutor and combo pieces are fetchable via the general?
2. The deck has 0 counters in it, so as not to cascade into one accidentally.
3. I've got a light illusion theme going, not sure whether to abandon or expand this one. The krovikan mist is an awesome beater in pauper delver blue decks.
4. I'm not certain whether the freed combo suite should be expanded to include zendikons and wild growth effects.
Your list looks fun. I must say though, that I really wished Shardless Agent was just UG (I like two mana counters :p). Speaking of counters, you know you can choose not to cascade into them, right? You can just decide to put them on the bottom. Obviously not the greatest play in the world, but it can maybe open up some space for some counters. Maybe Muddle the Mixture?
Other cards worth testing for the ramp portion of your deck are Far Wandering, Cultivate, and Kodama's Reach. Additionally creatures like Sakura Tribe Elder and Yavimaya Elder could help as well.
Archaeomancer should be a consideration when M13 comes out.

EDIT: Revised the deck list a bit after a day's thinking about it.
"Personally I love high-riak, low-reqars gambles. Life's best with a decent amount of riak. And f*** reqars."
No love for Phantasmal Bear or Delver of Secrets?
I also think Think Twice and AEther Tradewinds would work well for you.
