Whereas I believe Wort, the Raidmother is a necessary card for the strategy (Being a Fork on legs is very convenient), the essence of the deck is Warp World, and I feel Wort needs more of a spell package whereas Ulasht is the better general for a permanent-based package.
How does one play this deck?
Basically, you set up permanents for the inevitable Warp World that will win you the game. When you cast Warp World, you'll either hit Eternal Witness, Anarchist, or you'll have a Forkeffect that will let you copy it. Each consecutive Warp World will add more permanents to your side of the board until Warp World flips your whole deck into play. When that happens, you can continuously cast Warp World until Bogardan Hellkite or Tunnel Ignus kill them.
Nuances of the Deck
-Attempt to set up anti-Wrath defense; Anger, Kamahl, Fist of Krosa, Vicious Shadows and to a lesser extent Cauldron of Souls can help dissuade your opponents from Wrathing you. Besides, this isn't a deck that mounts a large offense, aside from when Kamahl is Overrunning your opponents to death.
-When using Genesis Wave and Warp World, remember to make the most out of your 187's. Try doing acceleration triggers first for your landfall creatures. Keep Chancellor of the Forge until last.
-If you can't win by using Bogardan Hellkite, you can grind your opponents out with Warp World and your disruption effects. Eventually, while your Warp Worlds will generate you more and more permanents, they will generate your opponents less and less permanents.
Cards I Want to Add to the Deck
-Dragonlair Spider:
It seems like a very strong way to pump out tokens. I just don't know how to cut for it. Thoughts?
-Warstorm Surge:
I want to make room for this, but don't know what to cut. Thoughts?

Why Ulasht, the Hate Seed?
How does one play this deck?
Nuances of the Deck
-Deadwood Treefolk and Eternal Witness can help chain your creatures back from the dead so you don't lose valuable Warp World creatures like Bogardan Hellkite.
-When using Genesis Wave and Warp World, remember to make the most out of your 187's. Try doing acceleration triggers first for your landfall creatures. Keep Chancellor of the Forge until last.
-Keep 4 Mountains in play until you have Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle and Primeval Titan out. You can tutor out 2 to get the most value out of your triggers.
-If you can't win by using Bogardan Hellkite, you can grind your opponents out with Warp World and your disruption effects. Eventually, while your Warp Worlds will generate you more and more permanents, they will generate your opponents less and less permanents.
