So, when I saw Nefarox, Overlord of Grixis, I instantly knew I would love him as a general. I really loved the Exalted ability from Alara, but I really love playing Black as well.
For those of you who haven't seen him yet, these are his stats

So I started out designing this deck, and hopefully I'll find some more applicable stuff as M13 continues to be revealed.
As you can probably tell, it's based primarily around rattlesnaking and voltron with Nefarox. It's got a lovely side of 'we enjoy it when things die' and a dash of black goodstuff.
Anyway, I'd love any input and/or help with this odd BExaltedB Commander.
Are there any ways to get more combat phases in black? Otherwise I'd only say that Vamp Tutor is an instant and wonder if you need more mana rocks/cheaper mana acceleration.

Oops @ Vamp Tutor. For some reason my brain considers all Tutors to be sorceries. I had consider more mana accel but I wasn't really sure what else to run for black.
what about it that betrays? to feed off of the sacrifice trigger. do you like the hall of the bandit lord? also I am really liking the use of cavern of souls in any voltron builds.
It That Betrays is awesome. It hadn't crossed my mind before and I'm not sure why. Hall of the Bandit Lord seems like a good include, I'll pick one up at my LGS tomorrow. Cavern of Souls has been proven awesome, but it's $20 and even though I'm not explicitly a budget player, my meta doesn't run enough to counter to make it worthwhile to me.
