How have you found it? Most of the R/X Aggro decks I see drafted end up being heavy red light 2nd color, so the RR is probably not much of a drawback as I see it.
It's a good card. It's sometimes very powerful, and other times very bad. It plays more like a Sorcery because of the Landfall, and there are occasions where the double-red is problematic. I think it was a coin-toss between it and Volcanic Hammer (I preferred the Hammer simply because I value consistency with burn really highly) but I think it definitely loses out to the new M13 instant speed Hammer we can anticipate. I certainly don't fault anyone for running it. I'll even draft it in other people's cubes when I play them. When it's good, it's really good. But when it's a RRShower of Sparks I wanna pull my hair out.
I like it for the same reason wtwlf doesn't. Red burn can be a bit bland, but this one is much more interesting, and requires a bit of effort for it to really do its thing. It is usually cast for 3+3 damage round here, and that is just what a red deck wants.

Seeing Blaze is fine. As WTW said, the new Incinerate will be better. I'm not sure I'll be cutting Seering Blaze, however, as my red 2cc is a little anemic right now.
I hate the fact that they have to have a target, as sometimes this can't function as reach, that said its fine, it's Just the consistency vs power question.
Extremely good; I've almost always seen it 3+3, even against decks with few creatures (as cards like Elesh Norn/Massacre Wurm have taught us, there are almost always little dorks hanging out, even in the late game as almost all decks are playing utility 2/2s.)
I think Searing Blaze is good enough for 6 damage for 2 mana. Aggro decks can even afford to hold a land in hand just to guarantee landfall.
There are a lot of straightforward burn cards possible in cube that is makes them overall more consistent. I think it depends on overall taste and playstyle if you want to include some cards that you have to work a bit to gat maximum value out of it.
When your opponent doesn't put any creatures on the board, you are already in a good position as an aggro player, since that way all our creatures are unblockable.
Well the player can be using removal, especially of the two for one kind, instead of playing creatures, or they've simply dropped a shroud/hexproof/pro-red creature that you can't target.
This card is an absolute house in red aggro. Just about one of the highest picks you can take, at least in my cube, when you're on the beatdown plan and heavy red.
It's not so hot in red midrange or control, where you'd prefer something more reliable and easier on the manabase. But we find that the upside in aggro is so high, it more than outweighs the drawback.

I'll just add that I'm another in the camp of valuing consistency more highly, so I run the volcanic hammers.

No doubt. I'd play this card at 720 for sure. Especially of mono-red is a thing.
