Enjoy.
They're in spanish. But they are:
Forbidden Alchemy - FNM
Staff/Rod of Nin or Nin's Staff/Rod (Haven't seen the english one yet) - Launch/Release
6
Artifact - Rare
At the beginning of your upkeep, draw a card.
T: [THIS] deals 1 damage to target creature or player.
Hmmm that flavor text is by Volux Disciple of Nin. Has any of the commander stuff been referenced in another set yet, I don't think so? Can't quite make out that second ability to figure out what it does.
Momir Vig, Simic Visionary
Melek, Izzet Paragon
Oona, Queen of the Fae
Bruna, Light of Alabaster
Gisela, Blade of Goldnight
Rhys the Redeemed
Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord
Sen Triplets
The Mimeoplasm WUBRGSliver OverlordGRBUW WUBRGSliver Hivelord(Superfriends)GRBUW
I can't really read the M13 card, except that the name seems to be Baston de Nin (Nin's Rod?). Seems to cost 6
Yeah, nin's rod (or nih's) or something similar, and the first ability draws cards, the tap ability does soemthing to the rod, possibly puts it o top of library, but I can't tell :S (rebalanced top thing :S)
I guess OP wants it to be 'keyworded' like "dies" was. What word would you replace ETB with though?
When Aegis Angel is born?
When Huntmaster of the Fells arrives?
When Kitchen Sphinx lands?
When Faerie Imposter busts in?
When Dread Cacodemon pops in?
When Malfegor shows up?
The stick's tap ability is essentially the same as the Spanish translation of Rod of Ruin, minus the mana cost to drive it. The name is similar, too, so it seems like we're getting "Rod of Something".
FAKE EDIT: Rod of Nin? Nin's Staff?

Oh, you think the losers' bracket is your ally, but you merely adopted the scrub tier. I was born in it, molded by it. I didn’t 4-0 an FNM until I was already a man; by then, it was nothing to me but an extra pack to sell for store credit!

This looks spot on, however the damage amount is unreadable, it might be one, it might be 3, or 10, I just dunno.

Except there's no number an effect that deals damage would nearly always have a number unless its a variable, like say how many cards you've drawn this turn as damage. That said I'm not sure its clear enough to completely decipher. Then again I also don't speak Spanish, might be clearer to someone who does.
Because conservative bias is a far, far worse thing. Liberal bias doesn't, statistically speaking, make people stupid. Conservative bias (or at least Fox's version of it) does.

It looks like there is a number in front of the word "punto", inside the top part of the foil 3 in M13. Pretty sure it says "Tap: ~ Deals 1 damage to target creature or player."
How is this awful? Okay yes, if M13 is as fast as m12 it's not great, but a colourless, free pinger that also draws you cards and is harder to kill than a creature is something I'd take early any day of the week.

I'll hold myself to this. I'll get fancy dishes and everything.

It's pretty awful. That number in the upper right hand corner says so.

Hmmm. I could cast a card that wins me the game, or draw a card and deal one damage.......I wonder what to play?
Yes, this card is bad. I cant imagine any format I would play this in, unless RTR just blows that much, and I am really happier betting that this card is just junk.

Restoration Angel was the launch party promo. Moonsilver Spear says what.
Ok, so you went one week later and got a good promo? Is there really a difference between prerelease and release promos? They are essentially the same thing, a free card. Sometimes they are great (Angel), sometimes they are good (Dungrove), sometimes they are for casual players (Spear, Nin). Point being that not every free card needs to be what you want it to be.

Some cost: do something?
So Forbidden Alchemy..and can we get a translation on the second one? Is it a cane of some sort or a sword?

As in, Nin, the Pain Artist?

Thank you!
It is pretty bad outside of EDH,
but it's a nicely flavorful reference to its namesake.

This is the release/launch promo, *not* the prerelease promo.
