Your list contains powerful cards but not many possess synergies with each other. I also note the complete absence of swords. Rafiq works wonders with them
Need a few more 1 tougness ETB creatures so you can extract maximum value from Skullclamp. Consider adding Crystal Shard and Venser, the Sojourner to synergize with them. The backbone of my list are those 1 toughness ETB guys. They make the list hum.
Definitely gives me some ideas for my own, though I use quite a few more creatures. I will say that Sigarda is beautiful when she drops, and can really be a game changer in this deck. Good work!
Fracturing Gust -> Austere Command the command gives you a ton more versatility. The lifegain on the gust isnt worth the lack of versatility. There might be times when you are set up with a good artifact setup but want to hit enchants and small mana creatures where it will make a big difference.
Indestructibility -> Darksteel Plate / Shield of the Oversoul the only reason to run Indestructabiliity in my mind is to put it on a noncreature target. Overall I think the Plate is the best defensively and Shield gives you some versatility with a buff, evasion, pump, and indestructability.
Path to Exile -> Swords to Plowshares Swords is so much better than path. Lifegain is a lot less important than ramp especially if you have to hit a commander with one of these.
Martyr's Bond you have so few creatures in here for this to hit off of you might just be better off with using Karmic Justice which allows you to nail anything you want when someone destroys one of your noncreatures. It works a lot better vs opponents noncreature sweeper effects as well as you can ping off their land from it.
