I don't run this card, but I feel like I've seen it in some all-commons lists (and maybe some regular lists?). Still, it seems interesting, and maybe worth giving a chance. The pros I see are:
+ It looks like a potential blow out after a few early drops. If you can get out two (or even three!) early attackers, and ditch 3 cards to this, that's a lot of very quick damage.
+ It's cheap, so it doesn't necessarily even take up your entire turn.
+ In a desperate situation, you can play it on defense and wreck someone's attackers.
However, the negatives are:
- It's completely dead if you're in top-deck mode.
- It's completely dead if you don't have creatures (or aren't in a position to attack, except for that rare defense situation above).
- The discard is random, so you usually have to go all-in on it, or at least take a big risk.
Even if it's choose and discard, that's really not that much better. You need to be getting in with 3 creatures to make each card you discard into a lightning bolt (and then this actual spell is card disadvantage).

Anyone have experience with this card?
