Redirect effects are a lot of fun -- narrower than counterspells but usually more powerful when they work.
The two that seem to see the most play in cubes around these parts are Willbender and Misdirection. Arguably Desertion can be thought of as a redirection spell, too.
I've been running Willbender for a little while, and I like him, but one issue I have with him is that as the only morph I run in blue it's pretty obvious what he is when he hits the table. The element of subterfuge is gone. You also can't flip him until the turn after you cast him unless you play him "turn five."
Therefore I'm wondering if anybody has tried out any of the following:
Divert -- Very cheap, but it's only a "soft" redirect. I see this as excellent tech against red, pretty solid against black and white, mediocre against blue, and pretty bad against green.
Imp's Mischief -- Easier to cast than Redirect and in a color you wouldn't expect, but you take a little damage and it doesn't do anything against Blaze effects.
Reroute -- Quite narrow, but it's pretty easy to cast, cantrips, and works well against planeswalkers.
Imp's Mischief was in the very earliest versions of my cube. Like Tainted Pact, I always felt that it was a cool card that was sadly over-looked. Unfortunately, just like Tainted Pact, there are now so many, many more effects that are better competing for the space that I couldn't justify using it today. There are a lot of times when there simply are no targets to re-direct removal to, or whatever, and it ends up being a dead card.

Redirect -- Works for any targets (plural) not just spells with a single target. For the same cost as Counterspell you get something a lot narrower but with a much higher upside against Swords to Plowshares, Doom Blade, Arc Lightning, etc.
Are any of these feasible at 450?
Cheers,

Wild Ricochet is pretty nasty, if you haven't considered that spell.
But the only ones I'd consider for 450 would be Willbender and maybe Misdirection.
