I think Elesh Norn is on theme but in a different way. Blink decks tend to spam these little dorks on the board making Elesh Norn a legitimate finisher for this type of deck by both pumping your army to a respectable size and reducing your opponent's more impressive creatures and wiping away their chump blockers.
EDIT: If you're interested in something that is more fun than efficient I can highly recommend Mass Polymorph. It's led me to some really hilarious blowouts, especially if you hit Eternal Witness to get it back.

Great suggestion, a bit random, but I will try it out.
Maybe there is room for Cathars' Crusade in this deck. If things are blinking a lot, this could be a nice way of getting lots of +1/+1 counters on your guys. It is a bit high on the curve, but it has a nice effect, especially if combined with a some creatures that generate tokens when the come into play.
How about Venser's best buddy ever, Stonehorn Dignitary? God I hated that combo in Standard. Totally lock out the Kaalia player from hitting you haha. Also, are three cards enough to deal with Torpor Orb?
I look forward to dropping Acidic Slime on your Safe Haven every day of the week. Not that it's a bad card, it's just far too fragile.
I don't lose anything if I'm only using it in response to removal. The creatures exiled with the land would have died anyway, Safe Haven is optional value. And if your smart your not going to wait to pop it after multiple turns, your going to do it as soon as you have:
1) More than one creature, as the longer you wait the bigger the target is. OR
2) As soon as you have a value creature in Safe Haven.
I've been thinking a lot about Roon lately. The deck is for people who love efficiency and value. The more I look at the OP's list, the more I like it but at the same time.. I'm not a fan of things like Cloudshift or Ghostly Flicker in EDH. In this kind of deck, anything that doesn't leave a body behind is simply inefficient. I would definitely change those cards to more creatures. How about Phyrexian Revoker? By itself it's a narrow answer, but with Roon on board it becomes a much broader one. I'm not sure how budget you consider it, but a Worldly Tutor will do good things. Mnemonic Wall and Archaeomancer seem out of place. Sure, they get things back, but in your list they're getting back .. more blink effects mostly. This wants to be a creature based deck, and those cards more belong in spellslinger lists. I still say Stonehorn Dignitary is something you want here. It's amazing against any kind of Voltron strategy as well as things like Kaalia. Soul of the Harvest lets you draw cards every time you blink something. Consider Meddling Mage to deal with Torpor Orb.. it's another creature that can be recurred with Sun Titan, Reveillark, and can be a versatile answer when you combine it with Roon. Another card is Nantuko Vigilante. It's not blinkable but Torpor Orb will really ruin your day. Alright well, keep it up, I'm going to brew up a Roon list for myself now. Very cool commander (even if I think ETB creatures have wrecked the game I used to love in the 90's)

I really disagree with this. I've played Rasputin blink for a long time now and I can say that ghostly flicker gives you so much value, especially with archaeomancer and nmonic wall. Try it, it's great. And in Roon you get eternal witness to!
