Vote for the poem(s) you feel is the best (up to two). Remember to adhere to the "Honor Code" when voting.
While it is understood there is no absolute means to monitor the intent of a vote, we ask each PRC participant to exercise integrity when voting out of respect for the contest:
- Please give each poetry submission an equal opportunity in attaining your vote.
- Please read, or at least skim, all the entries before voting.
- Please do not vote for your friends just because they're your friends.
The Poetry Running Contest puts good faith in its participants to act in an honorable manner.
Contestants, remember, you are required required to vote (and you can't vote for yourself)!
Happy voting!
*Interested new participants should submit their poems here.
Solid round of submissions we have this week, good to see activity is high!
reflection, by Summon Legend
Enjoyed it, almost voted for it, but it just didn't feel...adventurous enough. The style felt safe.

Rubin, you meta bastard. Got my vote, I'm a sucker for your work. Enjoyed the references, but I can appreciate the sentiment. At what point can poetry actually be called Art? God knows what I write doesn't qualify.
Concept of Me, by Guilan
Enjoyable, well written, got edged out by Blippy (and my particularly frustrated mood last night).
Route 1, by Ivaldi
Well written, especially loved the end, felt a tad trite to me though. Who knows, that might be the best part, and I just have ****ty taste.
Checking In(Continence), by BlippytheSlug
Got my vote. All the feels, man. All the feels.
Untitled, by Talore
Heh, nice reference to the Higgs-Boson. Felt a little disjointed or unfocused though.
Swing, by The Gert
Very Verbose, no? It's easy to get lost in the act of writing, and I had trouble anchoring myself to any consistent themes or ideas in it. It had a great deal of content, but not much substance.
