Here is my first Pauper Commander deck - an uncommon general and only common cards after that. The idea is to get a lot of goat tokens out, gain life while doing so, pump them up and swing for the kill.
Enchantments: Angelic Renewal - bounces the Shepherd back from the graveyard for more goats Sun Clasp - bounces the Shepherd back to my hand for more goats Journey to Nowhere - bounces the Shepherd back to my hand for more goats. I assume if I exile my shepherd, I can play it from the exile zone, get more goats, and also get it back if JtN leaves the battlefield?
I disagree with almost all of the lifegain effects except for the really silly ones, like Congregate. I think you need more white enchantments to feed into Chroma at all times.
