I think writing it off as a blanket statement "too slow" or the "format is too fast" is kind of silly, and shows a lack of thought. Lots of decks would scoop to this resolving.
I agree, this is a forgotten about card that's essentially armageddon. I would definitely play this with Flagstones of Trokair if I were to build around it.

Find me online - I'm on Cockatrice * Tag - Badd B - Or on MTGO - Tag - Cbus05
You need a board advantage and cards in hand, and in addition, you need to do it when they are tapped out (and usually people tap out after playing a threat)
I don't think it's a real deal. You can't even topdeck it. Bloodbraid into boom/bust seems a lot better to me
With the big list in the OP, this goes in Deck Creation

Out of the blackness and stench of the engulfing swamp emerged a shimmering figure. Only the splattered armor and ichor-stained sword hinted at the unfathomable evil the knight had just laid waste.
It would be really good in R Stax, too bad that isn't viable as there aren't enough lock pieces/artifact mana.
I think it would work best in an aggressive deck if it's played outside of Stax. That definitely means Terravore or KotR. I don't think that you can write this off in Zoo just because bbe -> boom/bust exists. That said I'm not sure if Zoo is the best deck for this card. I'd play it in something that uses creature ramp heavily. That means you could try running it in Naya Pod. This would help out a lot against the rising control archetypes that currently dominate Pod.

The deck was to show what it has been played in before, not what im playing it in. just to show some context. I would like for this to be back in the general. if it means taking of the decklist than I will do that.
