Infect isn't usually a popular effect in Cube, and for good reason. In the recent past however, Inkmoth Nexus has been seen in constructed decks that had nothing to do with Infect, both as an utility manland or as an alternate win condition.
It's obviously a solid sword carrier, and Infect does become relevant when you start accumulating Power bonuses, but is it good enough for Cubes?
I'd rarely ever play inkmoth in a deck that isn't monocoloured, because the upside is less in general than the manafixing that a basic would give you. For that reason, I don't think it's cubable.
This card, much like the infect mechanic, is trash. Seriously now, it's a 1/1 that has a bad version of Wither attached to it, at the loss of being able to be a 2/2 flier on the block, or even larger with untap effects.
It's nice to fetch with Prime Time, along with Kessig Wolf run, but that's about as useful as it would get. I'd run all the other colorless manlands over this.
It seems that attacking with a single Inkmoth Nexus in cube will be pointless over 90% of the time. Getting even a single attack through with Blinkmoth Nexus will affect the outcome of the game more than getting nine through with Inkmoth Nexus.

Care to explain why you prefer Blinkmoth Nexus over Inkmoth Nexus?
It does regular damage instead of poison. So you're not giving your opponent 30 life (20 life, 10 poison).
Because it wins in the same way as the rest of your deck.

That's not quite true. Affinity uses it in lots of formats, tempered steel did in standard and in block it was in nearly every deck.
