Missing some of the text, but I couldn't grab a pen to write it down fast enough.
Red should be burn, Goblins, Dragons, draw/discard, and Standard-unplayable 5CMC cards with insane, lengthy effects that take 10 minutes to figure out what they do and another 20 to actually make their effects work on the field.
Another super efficient punisher card, this one is a little different since you can control whether or not they have creatures (to an extent). this one might actually be playable for that reason.

Card seems possibly better than Abyssal Persecutor... but should've really costed BBB and not 2BB

Those who say there is no drawback need to remember that swarm strategies can keep him tapped down when they attack. If you have a bunch of tokens demon's owner has to tap him down.
That said, its a very strong finisher for a control strategy which should be keeping the board clear.

Very interesting. About as inconsistent as Slumbering Dragon, but when it gets the chance to swing, good lord.
Interestingly, it taps on the turn it hits the battlefield and is a 7/7, unless they have no creatures or choose not to sac.
Notice it's EACH combat, which means if you're opponent doesn't sac a creature on their swing he'll get bigger even if he's already tapped.
Mh no. Each combat they can decide if they want to sacrifice a creature to tap it. This mean that they can sacrifice a creature to make so that he can't block, not that it will get a +1+1 if they don't sacrifice.

Oops I read it wrong, either way you can annoy your opponents with a trigger every turn.

This seems bonkers in a R/B deck. Your playing hastey threats and removal which means combat math is all over the place, they are losing creatures anyways, and you want to keep you curve low to have mana open for removal.
This might push Rakdos over the edge competitively especially if we get more aggressive R/B humans to pitch to Aristocrat.

"Bound by hell-forged chains and fate-haunted circumstance. Well, then--let it be thus so--and men will have cause to tremble and flee when they hear the names of Elric of Melinbone and Stormbringer, his sword. We are two of a kind--produced by an age which has deserted us. Let us give this age cause to hate us!”

Actually, he gets +1/+1 counter when a creature is sacrificed.
I can easily build a deck around him.
