Hey guys. This is my pauper EDH deck. The general is Gloryscale Viashino. The point is to cast him as soon as possible, and then start spamming spells and swinging in. He is capable of doing massive amounts of damage very quickly. Let me know what you think, if there are cards I am missing... etc. Right now Hyena Umbra and Journey to Nowhere are both placeholders. The point is to use as many multicolored spells as possible but think I got them all.
I'll update this post-RTR.
I'd swap out mana fixers like manamorphose, wild cantor, and safewright quest for armillary sphere, darksteel ingot, and maybe search for tomorrow. Unless you have the deck in paper form already, it's probably safe to add the new selesnya gate and ravnica-rupture spire reprint (can't remember the name).
Direct damage isn't always great in pauper edh but I'll suggest rolling thunder as a way of finishing off a crippled opponent, or as a way of frying a large swath of creatures in your path. Cards like flame slash and even lightning bolt are worth it for racking up general counters on your opponent's commander. Some of my friends use really build-around-me generals, and the more times I can kill them, the happier I usually am.
I hope some of these suggestions are helpful.
EDIT: one more, cut any and all cascade cards from your list; the common ones are not good enough for edh.
For EDH I've never been a huge fan of the mana creatures like the ones you are running (Avacyn's Pilgrim, Llanowar Elves, Druid of the Anima, Wild Cantor). They're too slow, too small, and don't do a whole late game when you already have your mana base established. Especially if you're in top deck mode. You should have mana fixing and green is awesome at it. Here are a few cards to consider finding room for:

Thank you for responding, but I think you're missing the point of the deck... Gloryscale Viashino gets a bonus for playing multicolored spells. That is the reason that I'm running manamorphose and such. If I draw an armillary sphere lategame, why would I care... It doesn't do anything for me. Gloryscale's ability allows all of the cards to do something lategame when they normally would fall short. I do think that I should have more bigfat, but I'd still rather have it as multi-colored so they could still impact my general. This is a voltron deck, he wins by dealing all general damage.
I should have more protection for him, because like you said it's easy to kill general focused decks. Also, rancor is now an uncommon so it can't be run in Pauper. I believe it's the most recent printing.
Also the cascade cards have been fantastic, it almost always hits something (there are not many cards with high CMC), giving me a nice 2 for 1 +6/+6 to my general.

You make a great point. Having the actual lands is probably better than the creature itself. Going to be fixing around with those. I will be keeping Wild Cantor in for now, just because she is a giant growth, blocker, and is "free"

I'm pretty sure I got the point of the deck on the first pass, it's just that voltron is a pretty difficult archetype for pauper, especially if your general is unprotected and has no evasion. Your choice of commander, while cute, is also expensive, hence the suggestions for ramp such as armillary sphere, which really is excellent in common. Also, tri color fixing can be hard to achieve in pauper (hence the relatively low number of successful tri colored decks in pdc matches, etc). Unless you're deck is stacked with ramp, such as the pauper dreamcrusher deck, getting all three colors can sometimes divert your attention from win cons and setting up proper defenses. I've played pauper games where 10+ counters were racked up on generals, making them pretty much inoperable as win cons. I just think there are more gold cards that actually do things, other than just being a giant growth for the general.
If you want some gold fatties, I'd go for valley rannet, deadshot minotaur, pale recluse, and whatever the G/W cycling one was in alara reborn. Things like Krosan Tusker, while monocolored, will help you greatly in color fixing, and maybe providing an alternate beater if your general is taken out of commission.
I should have more protection for him, because like you said it's easy to kill general focused decks. Also, rancor is now an uncommon so it can't be run in Pauper. I believe it's the most recent printing.
Unless your playgroup does things differently, (classic) pauper is always the lowest printed rarity, which means rancor is still good. I'd hazard this card is indispensable for your deck as it a. gives your general trample, and b. is a recurrable buff card for when you inevitably loose expensive enchants like runes of the deus. Hexproof dudes like silhana ledgewalker carry rancor and bonesplitter like a champ.
Absolutely throw in whisper silk cloak; your guy will need all the help he can get pushing damage through chump blockers.

Oh, okay, my mistake on rancor. That will definitely go in though. I'll also fit in whispersilk cloak. And thank you for the fatties suggestions, that's exactly what I needed.
I haven't had that many problems with mana fixing yet though. I'll keep playtesting. Thanks for your suggestions.

Other cards you might want to consider are Breath of Life and/or False Defeat. While they don't play into your multi-color strategy, both are particularly good cheating bigger creatures with cycling, evoke, and the like into play.

Always, always run rancor in any pauper list, and I'd chuck in vulshok morningstar as another beat stick option. I'd say you're running too many weenie creatures, and your list could benefit from some big badasses like jungle weaver, giant dustwasp, nightsoil kami, chartooth cougar, durkwood baloth, oakgnarl warrior, etc, ect.

I think all of them are auto includes for any Pauper EDH deck running green.
I think the point of these is that they're multicolored so they will still pump your Gloryscale Viashino if drawn late game.
