Rogue's Passage is something I think larger cubes have room to play around with in their colorless sections. It's a great utility land for aggro, and maybe midrange, who need that little bit of reach turn 4-5 to seal the game. Control wouldn't mind having it either, in case of chump-blocking shenanigans. Also plays well with swords.
Well, I think a few cubers run Kessig Wolf Run, and that fills a similar role at a similar cost while being restricted to RG colors. So the effect is cubeable for some players. I personally dislike it for being just a teensy bit overcosted (I'd like it a lot more with a 3 activation), and it's competing with my other colorless lands for a spot, which are all at a much higher level than this one.
Yeah, a fifth land drop for most of my aggro decks means I'm probably dead or contained in some way via Moat or Maze. I can see the BCSs where it serves as a curve topper to push through the last few points but I don't think it will happen nearly enough to warrant a spot. I couldn'ty find room for Cathedral of War and that effect happens right away...
I can't see ever drafting this card out of a pack. Let alone adding it to a deck.
I would definitely include this in my deck unless I was really tight for color mana. (three color aggro plus), but your right about the drafting part. The only way this would end up in my pool is if it was a stick.
Edit -- I would probably even play it in some control lists given the same scenarios.
Yeah, it's a card I would play just because nonbasics are practically "free" cards (as long as my manabase could deal with it), but I couldn't see myself drafting it before pick 13.
It's not a free card. Aggro decks need to curve out and that means hitting the colour requirements. This is just as true for two colour decks as three colour ones. I'd rather run another plains and be more likely to drop a Soltari on turn two.
I do appreciate the card's flavour, and it could be fun in a deck with lots of saboteur creatures (I believe that is the term for creatures with "When ~ deals combat damage to a player, do X").

Kessig Wolf Run is much better however because it's cheaper and adds damage, and that card isn't even used in most lists.
Uncubeable except in ridiculously large cubes (900+).
Nope - Uncubable.
As I've said many times before - you shouldn't really lower your standard this much even though you play 1000 cards. In this age there's simply too many good cards. I wouldn't even include this in a 2000 card cube, because it's too slow and clunky.

Never said it was and I agree, but there are decks that would be able to play it with little penalty. It's still not a good card, but I was just sayin'...
