COPY ALL THE THINGS. In my original build, I pretty much just threw in all the copy effects I could fine. However, that proved to be disastrous. More dead hands than I'd like. So over these past few months, I've trimmed my copy effects to the ones I've found most useful.
I do have a decent amount of infinite combos in here, but I pretty much only use them as an emergency button of sorts. I usually use them to end a game that's been going on for way too long or is dragging so that we can just start a new one.
I just put it that betrays as a finisher in mine because you will likely find you won't have enough beef of your own to power through with a win all of the time. It can also be easily cheated into play with blues only creature tutor (the name escapes me, it is a creature that sacs itself)

Are you certain that such a card exists? I did several searches for cards that can tutor in blue that are also creatures themselves, and mostly came up with Transmute creatures (none of which have CMC 12), and Dreamscape Artist. There's also Polymorph, which only really works if you can manipulate the top of your deck, or are only running very few creatures. I'm honestly just curious which card you could mean now, since traditional methods for finding it have failed me.
Anyway, for recommendations: have you tried out Tidespout Tyrant? The easy bounce seems like an effective way to close out games, in addition to the copying and stealing. Also, Cyclonic Rift is an awesome bounce spell that can double as a one-sided sweeper if need be, so that could be a nice inclusion as well.
Riptide shapeshifter. Technically more of a reveal then a tutor, but it does the job. Even if used one one turn it still is cheaper than hard casting an eldrazi. Of course, you can do this over two turns which is great.
I second one sided wipes after you cast a nice copy or steal via cyclonic rift or sunder.
If you do go with it that betrays (which is on theme!), I also suggest running all is dust in place of the disk or o stone. They sac, you get everything. Its also tutorable via mystical tutor. This setup is basically a finisher.

Tidespout Tyrant is something I've considered recently. I've been looking forward to getting my hands of Cyclonic Rift ever since it was spoiled in RTR.

Shapeshifter sounds interesting. Sunder seems great, too. I always ignored it because I thought it was banned for EDH, but I was thinking of Upheaval. It That Betrays + All is Dust sounds awesome, too. Dust is just out of my price range, but I'll definitely try trading for one.
How have the transmute tutors been working for you? I'm not a huge fan of them normally. They feel slow and limited to me. If it was my deck I would find room for Fact or Fiction, Sphinx of Uthunn, and maybe Consecrated Sphinx. Boring card draw is boring, but not having any cards in hand is even worse.

I've been loving the transmute tutors so far since a lot of my important stuff is CMC 3 or 6. Uthuun is already in the deck, and I love it. Will try to find room for FoG. I've been waiting for Consecrated to rotate before getting one. I'll probably drop Magosi once I get one
Corrupted conscious is another good one for killing power. It's especially nice on your own guile, or of course one someones big creature.
I actually played a game with my sakashima deck tonight and had a hell of a time finishing the game with guile + corrupted conscious out. It that betrays was out twice but never got to swing. It was a crazy match and I'm not used to my mono blue deck much.
Deadeye navigator has been a must answer in my deck so far. Venser, shaper savant or any clone card does work with it, especially with any of the mana doublers out.
The hardest part of balancing my sakashima deck so far (besides playing mono blue correctly) has been having enough stuff to do when there is nothing worthwhile to copy or steal.

[CARD]The hardest part of balancing my sakashima deck so far (besides playing mono blue correctly) has been having enough stuff to do when there is nothing worthwhile to copy or steal.
That was one of the biggest problems I had when I first built this deck. Had to cut down significantly on the copy and theft effects. In addition to not having anything worthwhile to steal or copy, it was also fairly easy to fizzle these cards by just sacrificing stuff in response.
Missing some expensive stuff Force of Will and Jace, the Mind Sculptor. I'm pretty much only going to have at chance of getting these through trading. I'm also trying to switch over to Snow-Covered Islands so that I can run Extraplanar Lens.

Changed the deck a bit to become a bit more themed by taking out the theft effects and replacing them with more copy effects
