Characteristics

• A large set of 249 cards.
• Prerelease will be 5x boosters plus 1x guild booster. A guild pack has 15 cards of those colors, including a promo prerelease card (which there will be 5 promos, one for each guild, the same as the Intro Pack rares), guild spindown, guild sticker, a letter from your guild leader and a prerelease challenge card.
• The prerelease cards from each guild may be played in the prerelease!
• Triple-drafted by itself
• Guild oriented

• Each guild gets a new mechanic. There are some mechanical connections to the previous Ravnica block. However, none of the old Ravnica keywords will appear.
• There are two planeswalkers in the set, one of which is Gideon. The second is Domri Rade.
• The 5 guild leaders are legendary creatures, all which are new or new versions of characters.

I'm almost certain the last image on this page is Dimir Charm;
While it doesn't look the least bit portable, it is done by Zoltan Boros,
who did all the Charm art in RtR.

I don't think that's the charm. It looks like a building roof, and it's not really the right style for a charm (it's a very rough shape of the symbol). I checked all these with Barinellos, who I really respect in regards to storyline, and we both agreed on Dimir. Feel free to argue it though.

Well, FWIW, the art you have up for Dimir Charm is by Raoul Vitale,
who did the art we now know for a fact are Izzet Signet and Golgari Signet.

And as I mentioned before, they seem to have Zoltan Boros doing all the Charm art.
I'm not 100% certain that art I pointed to is Dimir Charm
(I agree that the art style is very different from the others,
but I see no better options among the art we have, especially not by Zoltan Boros),
but I'm 99.9% sure the art posted in this thread is actually Dimir Signet.

You also might want to ask Tonda,
as I believe he did some number-crunching with the spoiled art that correctly identified all the GTC Shockland art.
He also grouped the Signets and Charms.

So.. If this is legit, it look's like we might have a very early leak of some of the upcoming Gatecrash cards. (And there may be a Gruul-aligned planeswalker by the name of Domri Rade?)

So is it safe to assume that there will also be basic lands in this set as the art would showcase the other 5 guilds? Also it seems as if we may know the names of the other guildmages as the ability land in old ravnica links itself to each guildmage (Skarrg, Rix Maadi, Prav, Vitu Ghazi, Nivix.)

I don't think the RTR basic land art really showcases particular guilds. In particular, the reason there are 5 of each in RTR rather than 4 isn't because of the 5 guilds; it's because they wanted to bring back one of each basic land from the original Ravnica.

In any case, GTC won't have basic lands; you can tell from the card counts. RTR, including its 25 basic lands, had 274 cards; while GTC has 249 cards. I.e., the same size as RTR but without the basic lands.

MaRo confirmed during RTR previews that the difference between the two set sizes was due to basic lands, which caused many of us to be confused because normally there's only 20 basics.

tl;dr There's no basic lands.
