Story
After the events following Teferi, Mirrodin, and Ravnica the leaders of all the planes, despite being unaware of this, were suddenly enlightened when a massive surge brought all the planes consciousnesses together. After eons of being in hiding, The Elder Dragons revealed themselves to Nicol Bolas. They fully exploited Nicol Bolas's manipulation of Jace Beleren, subtly making actions to force Jace into doing actions that allowed Nicol Bolas to create a pair of planes, Vhazeal and Borganias. Vhazeal, meant to be his kingdom and Borganias, meant to be the prison of his enemies. However, the creation of these worlds held pieces of every other. Nicol Bolas confirmed this and that they were too late. Ripping our the Planeswalker Spark of his minion Tezzeret, he used it's power to alter the reality of the world's and fuse them into Vhazeal and Borganias.
Now, all the planes are cast into these worlds, one meant for his enemies and another meant for his followers and allies. The worlds themselves however, are actually just the single plane of Vhazeal itself, with Borganias rested deep in the outskirts, underearth, and dark ocean depths. The Followers of Nicol Bolas wish to see their utopia intact whilst his enemies rally behind the Elder Dragons, determined to bring reality back to normal.
Each Set will have in it's color scheme, the theme of the main tri-color guilds and it's supporting dual-color guilds that act as it's branches, depending on the flavor. The Guilds flavor-wise are designed to either be

Izzet CouncilUR
The Izzet Council remains to be what many call the more neutral faction of Nicol Bolas's legion of followers. They made their concerns crystal clear: If they are allowed to experiment and blow things up without limitation, they'd join the side that offered as such. Nicol Bolas offered them this so long as they test out the results on his enemies.
The Grahv, Mercenaries of Nicol BolasBRW
This specific faction of Nicol Bolas is specifically designed to be used as necessary and maneuvered throughout. Reincarnate: This Mechanic is based on Soulshift and Unearth. The idea behind it is that the followers of Grahv will when they die, have their soul consume the soul of an unborn being and then, forceful reincarnate themselves having their soul consume the body's remaining lifeforce, reanimating themselvs.
Reincarnate X trigger: When this creature would be placed into a graveyard, you may search through your library for a creature card with a converted mana cost of X and then exile it. If you do, return this creature to the battlefield.
Basically, once a creature dies, you search your deck for a creature with a CMC of X, X being relative to the Reincarnate value on that creature. If the value is Reincarnate 1, you would search for a creature with a CMC of 1.

Fairly simple, for the price of your entire hand, you can cast the spell for a lower mana cost.

Basically, this is an advanced version playoff of the Clash mechanic. When cast, you and target opponent reveal cards until you both hit a creature. If your creature wins, you gain control of it. if your creature ties or loses, your cards hit the graveyard. Everything is shuffled afterwards.

hi there. i just look at the myths so far. and here is my opinion on them. bolas ultimate should just use specific numbers for cost and sacrifice.
the vampire is a strangly balance with 1/7. how about 5/3 for example. also no need to write the indestructible part as a sentence. another thng is first strile. seema absolute to me as he is indestructible. also his ability seems a bit steaight forward for a mythic rare. nore complex would be nice.
glissa needs to specify what power/toughness the tokens are.
