Possible promo: MOAT?

and i was about to email the artist to ask permission for me to photoshop a MTG proxy using this art when i saw the copy right at the bottom! O.O

It's for the MTGO Holiday Cube, it was the wallpaper and showcase card on the mothership today.

Probably new art for the MODO Cube. Moat is a reserved lsit card.

yea, it is also on his deviant art page so a MTGO-only alternate art (moat being on the reserved list and all). maybe the follow up to whatever it is that gets you a force of will next month or so? (don't follow MTGO)

It is the new art for the MTGO cube, I drafted it yesterday and yes Moat has this artwork. So this art does NOT mean Moat is getting a promo printing, at least not in paper.

for those who are interested i made a quick mock up of what it would look like in card form... pretty awesome, i'd say. too bad it will never see physical print.
