Each player discards their hand and draws cards equal to the greatest number discarded this way.
Cipher (Then you may exile this spell card encoded on a creature you control. Whenever that creature deals combat damage to a player, its controller may cast a copy of this card without paying its mana cost.)

First impression for me is that cipher will be exemely powerful for control... Wow.

Holy crap this is crazy. I am really looking forward to the mono-colored versions so I can throw them onto unblockable / hexproof creatures (in EDH). This is my new favorite mechanic of the set. Wow

Board wipes are going to be needed for all the hexproof creatures that will be ciphered. Say hello to Invisible Stalker and Geist of Saint Traft.

Cipher is really good...epic card. Only bummer is it requires combat damage...hopefully Dimir will have some sneaky unblockable stuff. But maybe Invisible Stalker will have to do.

seems pretty interesting. Unblockables and shroud blends nicely with this mechanic, which seems fitting for the dimir

That's a good mechanic. It's a lot better than the other ones, that's for sure. The one thing that doesn't make sense is that there is no cost to exile it...it seems. Which is kind of lame.

Interesting, a bit wordy, but tons of potential. I love the whole, hidden message aspect to it.
