Sweet mother of god Cypher is insane.

Also, I love repeatable Windfalls.

Wow. This is entirely constructed playable. Terrible artwork, but this is easily the highest power level of any of the cards spoiled so far. I love the mechanic as well.

It is kinda funny, I predicted something close to this except for the Simic. Now imagine this one a Invisible Stalker, because that card has just become an honerary member of the Dimir guild

Well, this card is going in my Mimeoplasm deck. Another Windfall, with more Windfalls tacked on? Count me in!

So much potential! This is definitely my favorite of the GTC guild mechanics. I can't wait to see the other cards that use it. I think Invisible Stalker and blue in general just got a new lease on life...

No one saw this one coming. Great, so flavorful and Dimir-ish

I like the recurring sorcery thing going on. cast, swing, cast again for free.

Screw Cipher, Whispering Madness may legitimately compete with Diminishing Returns in Legacy TES. TES aims to go off on Turn 2-3, so opposing hands are fairly full then, and it's easier to cast with stuff like Dark Ritual.

Love the idea of Cipher, but I don't like the wording so much. It just feels like the Then doesn't need to be there honestly, it makes sense for it to be there though honestly, but it just seems off a bit.

Oh well, time to bring back the 4x Invisible Stalkers and see how nuts they make the cards.
