When rearranged, the letters spell:
“The Guilds of Ravnica”
(Great job by jakebaker (and any others) who already solved it.
I read the topic of a thread jakebaker started and put it together myself.
I thought I would share my work.)
Spoiler about an upcoming set:
Each Gatecrash Guildgate also has several lower case characters in its flavor text that are slightly too high.
They should also contain a hidden message.
See this thread for discussion.
Look at this thread and here for Gatecrash Guildgate pictures.
Edit: you said height, misread that. Look at the bottom. The "I" is shifted one pixel up
Why would the letter be higher on the bottom but not the top?
The letter on the card isn't actually higher on the bottom. That is an artifact created by the small image size. The letter is rounded with a little serif on the bottom, something that can't be correctly depicted with square pixels. So the image rounds it off. That's why some pixels are darker than others even for the same location of the same letter in different places. It is rounding all of the colors together. This process is known as "downsampling" and using a method called "pixel averaging".
Here's an example:
I used to work as a computer programmer specializing in graphics but if you don't believe me, a quick google search will explain everything better than I could.

Do it with the two n's in Selesnya Guildgate's flavor text, in the last line.
Here you go.
Yeah, it does look a little different. But what about this?
The l in Selesnya looks a little lower than the l in Guildmage because it has the same shadow. And the first p in tapped is fatter than the second one but the second d in Add is fatter than the first. It all just means that the auto-kerning has caused the pixels to be resolved slightly differently on the downsampled image. You can do it with literally any card (or any text for that matter) of the correct resolution.
Here's an example from Lightning Helix from the mothership:
Those two ares look completely different and the lower r looks smaller top and bottom.

Are you seriously saying there is nothing wrong with the gates flavor text? Drop your computer knowledge, pick up a gate card and look at it. That would have spared you a lot of technical explanations that are not relevant to this topic.
Jace bounce was a -1. He could do it 3 times before he would die. Liliana can only do it once before having to do her +1. Overall very disappointed with her unless we get Madness.
Crap, you're right, she's not as good as one of the single most overpowered cards ever printed. Unplayable!
Each of the five Return to Ravnica Guildgates has several lower case characters in its flavor text that are slightly too high.
Azorius Guildgate
Enter the Senate, the seat of justice and the foundation of Ravnican society.

Izzet Guildgate
Enter those with the vision to create and the daring to release their creations.

Be sure to drink your ovaltine.
Also, I don't see the letters as being miss kerned.
Ha!
It is very slight.
It's the third or fourth topic on the subject already. The guilds of Ravnica will destroy each other.
(Give your LGS judge a hug. He deserves it.)
Well, hopefully they way I formatted it helps people look at it.
Sorry if it is redundant.
