Heh, I like the idea of a catch-up-style planeswalker in a two-mana slot. The -1 seems to be the main draw here, of course, but the implications of the -X made me chuckle.
The -1 is too powerful at 2 mana. Consider Rampant Growth, a tournament playable card which searches for a basic land and puts it into play tapped. This card searches for any land, puts it into play untapped, can be used twice, and is attached to a token maker and a life gainer.
As long as you're going second, this seems too powerful.
I do like how all three abilities relate to the same concept.

as long as we're considering rampant growth, you should mention that this can't be played as a land grab on turn 2 and only half the time on turn 3, and will almost never be used twice.
WW, there's no sense in making this incredibly white walker splashable.
-1 may just need to go to hand at this cost. "Any Land into play" is definitely not in white's pie, and the last example of "any land to hand" is 10 years old at this point. Plains card to play is a happy compromise, but may still prove too good.

Granted, the reference is from the Landfall set, but Kor Cartographer.
It was at that moment that I realized: I'm kinda just making these things up. We can just write the rules the way we want them to work. People will have fun, and people will get it.
Thanks for the feedback, everybody. There's a lot to respond to here, so forgive me if I'm ignoring your comment for now. I'll try to get to every topic in turn.
So, the -1...
The 800-pound gorilla in the room is, of course, Crop Rotation and all of the various Tolarian Academys and Gaea's Cradles it can fetch. Because, when we're talking about tutoring any old land onto the battlefield untapped, that's really the interaction of concern. And, I'm just not convinced that it's a problem here. Sure, some Vintage god hand might give this the edge over Crop Rotation, but such a maneuver is frankly just not reliable enough to take a slot in some explosive Eternal combo deck.
Looking at a format like Modern, what are you going to tutor up that's so dangerous? A Sacred Foundry? That seems OK to me.
If your concern is tempo, Knight of the White Orchid is right on par, there. I agree with atmwarrior that you're unlikely to get more than a single use out of the -1. If you do, you've probably built your mana base with a certain amount of inherent risk, so I think that reward is alright.
I'm not trying to wave my hand and say, "It's nothing, guys." Clearly, it's the big selling point of the card. I'm kind of happy that it's a little shocking. But, I think the "catch-up" factor really does mitigate it from being as dangerous as some people are perceiving it to be.

Pretty sure my main concern was not it being too good, but that particular flavor of the ability not having shown its face in white for a good long while (9th if you count reprints, Onslaught if you don't.) and that's only to hand.
Searching for a plains, tapped, is still a pretty good ability for a 2 mana walker.
I really like the design. Development is another matter (it should cost at least WW, I think), but I quite like the catch-up theme. That's an underexplored part of white's pie that could get some more love.

/+1\: If you have less life than an opponent, you gain 3 life.
\-1/: If you control fewer lands than an opponent, search your library for a land card, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle your library.
\-X/: If you control fewer creatures than an opponent, put X 1/1 white Spirit creature tokens with flying onto the battlefield.

I agree that the -1 should at least be tapped, but probably also require planes.
I'm honestly more worried about the +1 since it basically shuts down any aggro deck.
This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move."
