1. This is a 360 card cube. 50 cards in each color, 60 Guild, and 50 Colorless.
2: The majority of card's need to be easily grokkable. Player's are playing with hundreds of cards they've never seen before. Making each design easy to understand will make the whole process alot smoother.
3. Creature card power levels should be around the current design standards, and noncreature card power levels should be around Urza's block design standards. Planeswalker's will be measured on a case by case basis.
4. There will be reprints in this cube (roughly 10%). I will be choosing the most simplistic cube effects used (Think Lightning Bolt and Original Dual lands) and using them to take a bit of work load off of this project, and give the players of a bit of familiarity.

Hmmm, I was hoping to get some feedback here (mostly curious on the PW design). Do you think that the PW is too strong, not strong enough, abilities are wierd and should be something different, flavor needs work, etc? Planeswalkers are the hardest cards in magic to design and I somehow doubt that I nailed it on the first iteration. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
Rhox Purifier - The ability techincally works, but it feels very weird using echo this way.
Kal, Dark Prophet - Any special reason why he doesn't just use Clerics? The life drain might need to be bumped up to -2, but could maybe be upgraded/changed to be like Profane Prayers with a "you control" added in.
Decaying Historian - Forbidden Crypt? Maybe just simulate dredge, but not allow you to use it multiple times in a turn: (B/G)(B/G),T, Discard a card: Return target card from your graveyard to your hand. Put the top eight cards of your library into your graveyard.

Kal, Dark Prophet: You make a good point. Cleric does work better and synergizes with the other clerics present in the cube. I decided to overhaul the PW, lowering his cost by 1, removing the ETB effect, increasing his second abilities cost, and redesigning his first ability.
Decaying Historian: I'll keep this in mind if it doesn't play well during testing.

Decaying Historian is insane but probably near-impossible to balance. Maybe make that an activated ability?

Kal: That was kind of my concern, I'll have to mess with him again. I was pondering restructuring his first ability:

What if I just changed the second ability to:
-5: You get an emblem with "Sacrifice a creature: Destroy target permanent."
Less insular and still keeps the (IMO) fun little balancing act of the first two abilities.
