This card is pretty surprising. Sanguine Bond was a rare after all.

I would've thought so, but I guess it's too much like Orzhov and would cause confusion. Vizkopa appears on other cards already known.

So slapping on a cheaper Sanguine Bond effect makes this guy super playable, should be fun to crush people in limited with orzhov.

It's to close to the Orzhov Guildmage. Vizkopa Bank, while not the guild hall, is an extremely relevant structure to the Orzhov.

First ability is way Overcosted compared to Alabaster Mage. They should have given it deathtouch as well, but that second ability is great.
