Hello everyone! This project's main thread can be found here.
Design Standards/Goals:
1. This is a 360 card cube. 50 cards in each color, 60 Guild, and 50 Colorless.
2: The majority of card's need to be easily grokkable. Player's are playing with hundreds of cards they've never seen before. Making each design easy to understand will make the whole process alot smoother.
3. Creature card power levels should be around the current design standards, and noncreature card power levels should be around Urza's block design standards. Planeswalker's will be measured on a case by case basis.
4. There will be reprints in this cube (roughly 10%). I will be choosing the most simplistic cube effects used (Think Lightning Bolt and Original Dual lands) and using them to take a bit of work load off of this project, and give the players of a bit of familiarity.
Today I'm trying to make some interesting "Build-Around" cards. These seem like they'll be the most difficult as well (outside of planeswalkers)

As an additional cost to cast Pandora's Reckoning, pay X life.
Reveal the top X cards of each player's library. Starting with you, each player may play a revealed card without paying their mana cost. Repeat this process until no one plays a card.
Is that just straight up "X, pay X life: each player strictly-worse-than-draws X cards," or did you miss a "without playing their mana costs?"
Either way, I think you can drop the X life part for another X and/or a bit of color.
Good catch, I did mean to make it similar to Eureka. I redesigned the card, as I wasn't a fan of the X costs and it seemed very hard to balance it between broken and crap. I'm not sure if 2 is too cheap, but I don't want it to be expensive because it takes a few turns before it gets charged up, and costing to much will make it unplayable. 3 may be where it ends up though.
